Supply Of connector,y-type nw29/nw23x2, , connector,y-type nw29/nw23x2, as per drawing: rdso/pe /spec/ ac/0138-2009, re v-1, annexure-a,table-a11,s.no.-5, packing instruction: alternator,rru, erru &accessories, tra nsformer,bulk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock pump, inverter, cha nge over control box etc: suitably covered with biodegradable transparent polythene and packed in wooden cage: bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick &sh ould have support of at least 3 wooden battons of size 100x100mm of suitable length t o facilitate lifting by fork lifter. each panel to be packed in wooden cage of suitable di mensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each strip should n ot be more then 100mm. the material used for product packaging shall be eco-friendly. a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing order no, pl no, description of t he item, drg. no/ spec. no ,qty, firms name &address and date of despatch etc. note- 1) f irms have option to provide qr code. for linkage of po, the cardboard box shall carry a qr code having details as listed below: a) name of the manufacturer <manuname> b) purchaseorder number <pono> c) purchaseorder date <podt> d) uniqueserial number ( or lot number for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manusno>or <manulno> e) dateof manufacture <manudate> f) deliverychallan no. <delchalno> g) deliverychallan date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 model2 and the data shall be a vailable as xml using the tags detailed above.
