| 3 | Supplying, assembling, subsequent lowering and fixing in vertical position in above bore using ODEX method by double layer welding, ERW FE 410 M.S. plain, bevel-ended casing pipe of 200 mm dia. having wall thickness not less than 6.40 mm and conforming to IS:4270. The casing pipes supplied should be of reputed and approved make, supported with manufacturers' latest test certificate, including painting of outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint and required hire & labour charges, fittings and accessories, complete for all depths. The job includes fabrication and flushing of holes in the pipes as per strata of the bore. |
| 4 | Development of the tube well in accordance with IS:2800 (Part I) and IS:1189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand contents with required capacity of air compressor run for required time till the well shall be fully developed. The job includes measuring static water level, drawdown and safe yield using step drawdown method by lowering suitable capacity submersible pumping unit run on DG set till the safe yield is achieved. Moreover, collecting the water sample from the explored well and testing it at PHE Central Laboratory after disinfecting the bore well. The complete job shall include hire and labour charges of air compressor, DG set, pumping unit along with column pipes, starter, cable, tools and accessories, etc. required at site for harnessing. |
| 5 | Conducting a hydrogeological survey and feasibility assessment for drilling of 200 mm production well at the site of drilling by hiring services of a notified Hydro Geologist.
