| 1 | Manufacturing and supplying Steel Bunker Cot of size 1.85 m × 0.89 m × 1.80 m height (approx.), comprising upper and lower berths. The headrest and leg-rest portions shall be made of 18 gauge, 1\\" dia. round CR tube. The bed platform of each berth shall be fabricated with 1.0 mm thick (18 gauge) CRCA sheet, profile folded on all edges and strengthened with two longitudinal stiffeners beneath. The cot shall be provided with heavy-duty vertical supports, safety guard rails for the upper berth, and a welded ladder. All metal surfaces shall be finished with 60-micron powder coating.The rate shall include the cost of all materials, fabrication, conveyance, labour and placing in position at site,etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. |

The table leg and top support frame shall be made with 18 gauge 25mmx25mm Squre CR tube. The table top shall be provided with18 mm thick both side prelaminated particle board (ISI&ISO Certified). The drawer shall be provided with 12 mm and 8mm thick both side prelaminated particle board at sides and bottom respectively. The drawer shall be provided with pad locking arrangement. All cutting edges shall be finished with premium pvc edge banding.All metal surfaces are finished with 60 microns powder coating.The frame is fixed with superior PVC bush. The rate including cost of all materials, Conveyance, labour and fixing in position at worksite etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. |

The seater of size 450mmx400mmand back rest of size 400mmx200mm shall be provided with 18 Gauge CRCA perforated sheet. The arm rest shall be provided with steel . The chair is Coated with 70 micron thick powder coated with seven tank cleaning process. The rate including cost of all materials, Conveyance, labour and fixing in position at room etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. |
