| 4 | Cleaning and maintenance of toilet blocks inside Marine Dockyard Complex including cleaning of IWC-44 units, EWC-27 units, urinals-43 units, water points-32 units, wash basins-78 units and bath room-25 units twice daily or more as per requirement using soap oil,phenyl,toilet cleaning agents such as Harpic/Domex or equivalent brand and loading the urinals/wash basins with napthalene balls/cubes ,Air freshners etc to keep the toilet utilities pathogen free.Cleaning of walls/floors of toilets daily to keep dust/stain free surface,including cleaning approach to toilet blocks daily. Apart from the above, the agency shall take care /clear any toilet blockage up to inspection chambers.The entire works shall be carried out by the agency duly employing required labours and supervisors from 0700 hrs to1600 hrs ,cleaning materials and necessary T&P etc.,complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
