| 1 | Inspection of tubewell with Geo Scanning borehole camera with display and data recorder to find out the fault and submission of suggestions regarding rectification of same to obtain the sand free water at site Including Transportation, Lodging, and Boarding. Detailed Analysis with Videography and Submission of Report, Video and also verifying the depth/ position of assembly complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Development of t/well by Over-pumping unit having suitable submersible pump for development of tubewell to ensure sand free discharge. All the equipment including POL and labour required for carrying out pumping tests but not limited to the following shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge: i) A suitable pump and prime mover (since power is not available at the well site). ii) Measuring devices for time, discharge and V-Notch orifice method water level recorder (digital water meter recorder/ steel tape engraved). iii) The contractor shall collected water sample in the presence of SDE/JE. This water samples should be handed over to PHED for further chemical analysis in Public Health Lab. |

Quantity of water likely to be available and depth of the tubewell to be installed to obtain fresh water in required quantity including transportation of equipments and manpower, submission of hard copy of resistivity survey with relevant technical data complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Chief. |

| 5 | Providing clay seal of thickness 4.0mm or above consisting of balls of local lay or bentonite mud to be placed in the annular space around the assembly the clay seal should be provided at a level of minimum 25.00 m above the top most screens depending on the logging result. |
| 6 | Drilling of 500mm dia bore by hydraulic rotary drilling (reverse circulation method with rock roller/diamond bit) according to ISI Specification No. 2800-1991 (Part-I) as amended up to date and modified to extent of the specification attached with this schedule of items of work in all kinds of soils and boulders except rocky strata including the cost of all consumable stores, fuel, oil, soil stabilizing material and transportation of rig and other accessories to the to the site of proposed bore and back including cost of lowering of all size of casing pipe while boring and extracting the same against earth friction etc. complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
