The height of the support structure shall be such that the height from ground level (playing floor) to top of basket ring shall be 3.05 M and shall have a projection of 3.25 M . The steel sections shall be suitably spray painted in approved tint. (ii) Backboard shall be of 30mm thick transparent acrylic board with reinforced frames of size 1800mm horizontally and 1050mm vertically. (iii) Basket/ Dunking ring shall be made of solid steel bars of 20 mm dia with an internal dia of 450mm and shall be fixed to the backboard support structures in such a way that any force applied to the ring cannot be transferred to the backboard. The ring shall be suitably spray painted. (iv) Nylon net made of 7mm nylon rope to the standard size and design. | 13 | 5. Manufacturer to give declaration of consumption ration on letter head 6. The manufacturer to give proper Technical Data sheets verifying the above consumption Ration 7. Tool required for Application of the above system to be procured from Manufacture of Synthetic Acrylic only ( Like Squeezy , Line marking tool , etc ) 8. Line Marking Material to be of Same brand as Synthetic Acrylic Surface9. Bidder to provide warranty of 5 years 10. The product Should be an ITF Pace Rated material. Manufacturers details and the product details should be listed on the ITF pace rating website. Bidder to provide a snapshot of the listing on the ITF website of the proposed product of a date not less than 15 days from the submission of the technical bid. 11. The ITF pace rating certificate for the Manufacturer and product proposed should be valid for more than 3 months from the date of submission of technical bid. Bidder to provide all proofs for the same. 12. The pace rating certificate from ITF of the product proposed to be submitted by the Bidder along with the technical Bid. 13. Notes:-(i)Slope of 1inch in every 10ft on short side of the court(ii)Minor Broom Finish Base with good surface to ensure no water logging.(iii)The rubber granules/crumb/powder should be pre-mixed by the manufacturer before importing. This ensures there is no human error / installing error while mixing of material.(iv)The manufacturer should have minimum 3 systems classified by International Basket ball/Tennis Federation.
