3Providing and fixing C.I. Kinetic Tamper Proof air valves conforming to and marked with IS: 14845 including carriage, loading, unloading stacking, handling, rehandling etc., drilling, tapping, screwing in DI pipe including supply and fixing of DI special complete in all respects as per site requirements and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge, of Make IVC Nasik, VAG, Kirloskar, AVK, Talis : 200 mm dia (NS Item).
4Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of 900 mm i/d DI DF Metal Seated Non Rising Spindle Sluice Valve of pressure grade PN10 as per IS: 14846: Body Dome: DI IS 1865 Gr 400/15: Wedge:DI IS 1865 Gr 400/15: Body and Wedge Rings: Bronze IS: 318 Gr LTB2 Spindle: SS AISI 410, Fasteners: CS. Flange Drilling: IS 1538 Table 486, Operation - Manual/ Electric Actuator(AUMA, Rotorek, Pneutork, Marsh Pneumatic, Elomatic make with inetegral starter) complete in all respect as per site requirement and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, of make IVC Nasik, VAG, AVK, Talis, Kirloskar.(NS Item).
5Supplying ,laying and jointing of 800 MM ID MS pipe made out of 8 mm thick MS plate FE 410 and applying external anti-corrosion 3 LPE Coating on outer face of Pipe as per IS 3589 and ISO 21809 or other relevant IS codes by using 3 layers side Extruded Polyethylene coating (confirming to DIN - 30670) and applying 406 micron food grade epoxy coating on inside face of pipe as per IS 3589, ISO 21809-1 and other relevant IS specification providing rigid welded joint including testing of joints and cost of jointing material as per relevant approved specification complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Third party inspection of pipe is mandatory from any reupdated Govt. institute.

7Providing comprehensive insurance coverage for Ductile Iron (DI) pipes of dia 900mm and length 18800 m and allied materials against all risks including fire, theft, burglary,transit, natural calamities and other unforeseen risks, including payment of insurance premium, policy charges and all incidental expenses, valid from the time of delivery at site/store up to installation and commissioning of the pipeline, complete as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Actual amount payable shall be lesser of quoted or actual insurance paid.
8Farmer`s Land required on an average of 20 Mtr. wide strip along pipeline for working space and execution of pipeline works. For use of private land required for laying of pipes, movement and operation of cranes, excavators, vehicles and other machinery, storage of excavated earth and execution of connected works. The contractor shall be solely responsible for payment of compensation, if any, towrds damage to standing crops, trees etc and for obtaining temporary occupation etc, complete In all respects as per site conditions and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. Actual amount payable shall be lesser of quoted or actual paid.
9Providing all necessary arrangements for temporary storage and safe stacking of Ductile Iron (DI) pipes and allied materials including obtaining necessary permissions from land owners and statutory authorities by establishing a properly fenced, secured and maintained temporary stockyard, including arrangement of land on patta/lease basis from farmers, site clearance and preparation, stacking platforms, internal access, and providing adequate watch and ward (chowkidari) round the clock, including all incidental charges, during execution of work or entire duration, complete till the pipes are safely stored and issued for laying, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Actual amount payable shall be lesser of quoted or actual paid.
10[10.76]Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
