Bids Are invited for Cleaning, Sanitation And Disinfection Service - Outcome Based - As Per Scope Of Work; Providing Housekeeping Services At Nlcil Schools And Other Locations; As Per Scope Of Work - Cleaning Sweeping The Built-Up Areas At General Floors Daily By Sweeping The Floor Thoroughly Besides Dusting The Furniture Removing The Cobwebs And Disposing The Waste As Detailed In The Scope Of Work, Sop And Other Terms & Conditions. The Rate Shall Include All Labour Charges And Tools And Tackles. Necessary Chemicals/Cleaning Agents Alone Will Be Supplied By Nlcil. The Rate Quoted Shall Be For Sq Meter Area. Tentative Area To Be Cleaned Is For One Month. , Cleaning Sweeping The Built-Up Areas At Tiled / Polished Surfaces By Mopping Daily Scrubbing Using Mechanical Tools Including Cleaning Of All Wash Basins, Water Closets And Urinals 5 Times In A Day And As Per The Frequencies Stipulated In The Scope Of Work And As Per The Sop And Other Terms & Conditions. The Rate Shall Include All Labour Charges, Application Of Cleaning Agents And Cost Of Cleaning Tools/ Equipments Etc. Necessary Chemicals/Cleaning Agents Alone Will Be Supplied By The Nlcil. The Rate Quoted Shall Be For Sq Meter Area. Tentative Area To Be Cleaned Is For One Month.. , Cleaning The Open Area And Playground Area By Sweeping Away The Dry Leaves Fallen Around The Trees In The C Us And Sweeping The Playground Area & Removing The Debris Weekly Thrice And As Required Daily As Per The Frequencies Stipulated In The Scope Of Work And As In Standard Operating Procedures And Other Terms & Conditions. The Rate Shall Include All Labour Charges And Cost Of Cleaning Tools Etc. The Rate Quoted Shall Be For Sq Meter Tentative Area To Be Cleaned Is For One Month. , Removing Vegetation Growth, Bushes Etc. By Vegetation Cutters And Disposing At The Designated Place Outside The C Us As Stipulated In The Scope Of Work, Sop And Other Terms & Conditions Once In A Month. The Rate Shall Include All Labour Charges Cleaning Tools/ Equipments And All Arrangements For Completing The Work. The Rate Quoted Shall Be For Sq Meter Area. Tentative Area To Be Cleaned Is For One Month.
