Study Needs To Be Completed In A Glp Compliant Facility. 2) Route For Toxicity Study Is Oral 3) Tk Study As Per Oecd Test No 417 Including Oral Bioavailability Test As Compared To Intravenous Dose (Calculation Of F Value), Cytochrome-P450 Inhibition/ Activation Test And Microsomal Stability Test. 4) Twenty-Eight Days Repeated Dose Toxicity Study In Wistar Rats As Per The Ndct 2019 & Oecd 410 Guidelines. Animal Group Size Should Be 12 (6 Male +6 Female).
