Any new model, facelift model, upgraded model, successor model or equivalent vehicle falling within the same category and seating capacity may be deployed during the Contract Period with the prior approval of ESG. Such vehicle shall be classified under the category determined by ESG and shall be paid at the rate applicable to that category. The decision of ESG regarding the categorisation of any such vehicle shall be final and binding on the Vehicle Operator. The indicative quantities indicated in the Financial Evaluation Matrix are based on the estimated requirements of ESG and may increase, decrease or vary during the Contract Period depending upon the actual operational requirements of ESG/IFFI. No minimum quantity, minimum business or minimum revenue is guaranteed to the successful bidder.
