1Wall lining butch work upto 10m height with Dholpur stone 40 mm thick rough facing on the exposed surface with stone strips of minimum length 300 mm and required width, including embedding every tenth layer and bottom most layer in masonry or concrete after making necessary chases of size 75x75 mm and by providing layer of 75 mm thick strips i/c 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) i/c ruled pointing in cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (As per DSR 8.17)
240 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone (As per DSR 11.29.1)
3Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size595x595mmin true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal gridof hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm,both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spacedjoints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mmthick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross“T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to forma grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm andsize 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlockedat middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm andwall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approvedtexture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for serviceslike diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T”runners to be suspended from ceiling using Gl slotted cleats of size 27 x37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dashfasteners, 4 mm Gl adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips ofsize 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T,bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted withpolyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawingsand as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12.5 mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile made fromplasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 partI, of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mmat 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mm and the sideborders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the backside, having an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79,with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing. (As per DSR 12.52.4)
4Providing and laying Gypsum panel partitions 100 mm thick with water proof Gypsum panels of size 666x500x100 mm, made of calcite phosphor Gypsum fixed with tongue and groove edges and jointed with bonding plaster as per manufacturer’s specifications in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Gypsum blocks will have a minimum compressive strength of 9.3 kg/cm2 (As per DSR 6.40)
5Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size595x595mm(Unbreakable) over existing chowkhats or glazed shutter, Fixed with Preferably with Silicone or the nails as per the site conditions including the cost of nails or Silicone etc complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)
6Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) (As per DSR 21.1.1.1)
7Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes (As per DSR 10.16.1)
8Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (As per DSR 6.4.1)
9Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar (As per DSR 15.7.4)
10Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary::Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) (As per DSR 14.6.1)
11Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats) (As per DSR 13.81.1)
12Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (As per DSR 13.91)
13Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (As per DSR 13.99.1)
14PREPARATION OF PLASTERED or concrete surfaces for oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scrapping by patti, applying fillin with cement based putty ( Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the Entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge (N.S.)
