If net schedule rates are offered at PAR with MES Schedule, '0' should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/ Excess percentage inserted by the bidder here-in-below shall be deemed firm. The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.(ii) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, The net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix 'A' to Notice of e-tencer.(iii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage above) will not increased from the estimated cost of work.
