Name of Work:- SPECIAL REPAIR OF BUILDING NO P-13 (RAIPUR LINES) AT DAMANA UNDER GE JAMMU.
Sl. No. Item Description
1B/R Portion: -Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
2Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
3Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and complete removal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
4Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in sub base for floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.
5Dismantling floors hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing unserviceable materials outside MOD area and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
6Providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors all as given below: -(a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing of joints of pipe with epoxy putty or epoxy mortar. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious flexible composite coating and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. (d) Applying a coat of Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious flexible composite coating brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious flexible composite coating, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days. (e) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @100ml per 50 Kg cement on treated surface. (f) PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 in sunken area.
7Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 6 to 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) as in floor, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, set and jointed and laid with 3-4mm spacers set and jointed in neat polymer modified tile adhesive of appropriate grade as per manufacturer instructions and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
8Description all as per Ser item No 7.00 here-in-before but in vertical surfaces including laid with 3-4mm spacers set and jointed in neat polymer modified tile adhesive of appropriate grade as per manufacturer instructions and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar (1:4) as in vertical surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.
9Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 6 to 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) as in floor, area of each tile not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, set and jointed and laid with 3-4mm spacers set and jointed in neat Polymer modified tile adhesive of appropriate grade as per manufacturer instructions and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
10Coloured glazed ceramic tiles glossy finish of size 450 x 300 x 5-6mm thick in dado’s/ skirting etc. laid with 3-4mm spacers set and jointed in neat Polymer modified tile adhesive of appropriate grade as per manufacturer instructions and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar (1:4) as in vertical surface etc to match, pattern, laying etc of tiles and shade, Colour shall be decided by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
11Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
12Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick as in floor to match the shade of the slab including 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including rubbing polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
13Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick over 10 mm thick as in vertical surface over rendering in cement mortar (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incluiding rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
1415mm-16mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
15Providing edge moulding to 15mm-16mm thick Granite stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
16Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out holdfasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out holdfasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Pressed steel frames (factory made) made out of 1.25 mm thick black mild steel sheet for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges (125mm), lock strike plate, etc., complete size of frame 105 x 60mm including bottom of each chowkhat to be welded with 2 Nos 25 x 25 x 3mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side complete all as specified and as directed.
20Description all as per Ser Item No 19.00 here-in-before but size of frame 125 x 60mm for fixing of two shutters complete all as specified and as directed.
21Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) filling in pressed steel chowkhats bed block for holdfast, interlocking edge and the like complete all as specified and as directed.
22Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
2335mm thick second class hard wood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part - I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
2435mm thick factory made second class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR 2020 Part-I Section 8.24 (b) supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.
25Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
