1Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc. For 05 nos. Bucket-1. Cleaning of side walls and base walls.2. Repairing and rebuilding of side walls, trunnions, lip castings and ‘C’ arm eye holes.3. Bush fitting in Drag hitch holes and 'C' arm holes.4. Line boring of 06 nos. damaged bucket eyes of built- up housing to its original size.5. Hard facing of buckets.6. Repairing of all worn out lips.Note: Maximum deployment of manpower for executing the above jobs will to be 1. Skilled Welder for 450 nos. of manshift, 2. Semiskilled Fitter – 225 nos. of manshift & 3. Un skilled labour - 225 nos. of manshift.
