12S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long,diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
13S&F for Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting of 1.00mm thickness, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 or fixed with screws complete to the Green/ Lung spaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
14S&F Plain Galvanized Iron (GI) sheets for cladding/roofing, fixed with single/double lock seams or riveted joints including GI rivets, washers, and necessary fasteners over closely-spaced purlins or full backing support, including painting of seams with zinc chromate primer where required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge with following properties: 24 B.G. 22M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying Material & Labour for applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
23M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
24S &F Rolled sections Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- Bas in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
25M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
26M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring / hardstanding complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
27M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete including packing all around with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
28M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
29S&F 10mm thick plain hollow polyicarbonate sheet (ISI marked) with shelf drilling steel screw with washer on roof and joint of two sheet will be filled with silicon weather proof sealent and cover with aluminum strip of size of 50x3 mm top and bottom and fixed with shelf drilling steel screw with washer on roof complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
30Supply and Fixing of structural Galvanized Iron (GI) sections (Grade E-250, Fe-410 quality), including main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, and running rails/guides for sliding doors. The sections shall be securely fixed in position using GI angle cleats, connecting plates, and all necessary hardware to ensure a complete and rigid structural framework complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
31Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of wind-operated, non-electrical Turbo Ventilators of approved make and design. The item includes providing a high-grade aluminum/stainless steel vane structure (vanes, top cap, and central shaft mechanism) with permanently lubricated, double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings for frictionless, noiseless operation even at low wind velocities.The installation must be complete with a matching UV-stabilized Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) or polycarbonate base plate/flashing configured to match the profile of the existing roof sheeting (GI/Color-coated profile sheets). The unit must be securely fixed to the roof purlins using self-drilling fasteners, EPDM washers, and high-performance weather-proof silicone sealants to ensure a 100% leak-proof joint, all complete as per manufacturer specifications all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

46ITEM NO. 43.00 CONTD...(C) Electric system : The electric system of the starter motor and charging alternator shall have the following components:- (i) Charging alternator 12V or 24V, DC (ii) Voltage regulator built in type IC regulated (iii) Starter motor 12 volts DC/24V DC (iv) Battery 12 volts DC and 2 Nos 180 AH capacity or quantity as per OEM standards with one set of connecting leads of suitable size copper cable. 47ITEM NO. 43.00 CONTD...(E) AMF Control Panel : Automatic mains failure (AMF) control panel shall be able to start up the DG set and transfer the load on to the DG set on main failure without requiring any human intervention . Similarly on restoration of Main supply it shall be able to transfer the DG set automatically alognwith provision of by pass arrangements of main supply. The AMF panel shall be with in enclosure having IP-53 degree of protection conforming to IS:13947 (Part-I) 1993 fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel duly pre treated aesthetically finished and shall be dust and vermin proof.
