7145kV, 1250A, SF6 gas insulated Transformer bay module each comprising of SF6 gas insulated circuit breaker, current transformer, bus-bar disconnectors with common earthing switch, line disconnector with safety earthing switch, SF6 gas monitoring system for complete bay, local control cubicle, SF6 Gas Insulated terminal connection for connecting Power Transformer (Air/ SF6) with GIS through gas insulated interconnection bus (rating 1250A) complete with all accessories. Interconnection of GIS to Outdoor Power Transformers through 145 kV SF6 Gas Insulated bus inteconnection Duct (Suitable length as per Layout for 3-phases and rated current of module) consists of SF6 gas insulated bus interconnection duct, outdoor SF6-Air Terminations (for 3-Phases) with terminal connector suitable for 50 mm Al Pipe, support structures with suitable clamp/ connectors etc. Other accessories/items if any to complete transformer bay module alongwith SF6 gas insulated bus interconnection duct and terminations as indicated in the SLD/ Layout of substation and as per technical specifications.
8145kV, 1250A, SF6 gas insulated Feeder bay module each comprising of SF6 gas insulated circuit breaker, current transformer , bus-bar disconnectors with common grounding switch, line disconnector with safety grounding switch, high speed fault making grounding switch, surge arrestors, PT, SF6 gas monitoring system for complete bay, local control cubicle, gas insulated terminal connection for connecting XLPE cable with cable termination enclosure and other accessories with GIS etc. to complete feeder bay module as indicated in the SLD/ Layout of substation and as per technical specifications.
9Double Bus Arrangement, 145kV, 3 Phase, SF6 gas insulated metal enclosed 2500A bus bars running along the length of the switchgear to interconnect each of circuit breaker bay module. Each bus bar set shall be complete with voltage transformer complete disconnector with safety earthing switch, local control cubicle (if required), SF6 gas monitoring system etc. for the complete bus as indicated in the SLD/ Layout of substation and as per technical specifications.

660Providing and fixing M.S gate to RCC pillars with approved clading, fabricated as per the drawing and directions of the Engineer incharge of the work. Rate includes cost of RCC supports, gate, fixing to RCC supports , painting etc., complete chain link fencing 50mm size of 8 guage properly stretched between rectangular poles and fixed with suitable bolts and nuts, the free ends shall be welded to the pole and block pipe at top and bottom as required including cost of all materials, labour and lifts, cutting, bending wherever necessary wastages and lapping etc., complete as per direction of Engineer- in- charge of work including two coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over one coat of shop preimer MS rectangular poles made out of 2 equal angles of 65x65x6mm welded together and fixed in CC 1:2:4 with two nos. of 16 mm dia. MS hold fast rods each of length 25 cms. Including cost of all materials cutting, bending, scaffolding wherever necessary nicely finishing the welded joints with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of engineer incharge of the work including providing 2 coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paints over one coat of shop painting. Disposing of the excess earth away from the premises with all lead and lifts including all loading and unloading transportation etc., complete
661Control Room Building: Design, Engineering, supply of all labour, materials equipments, tools and plants etc., and construction of Control Room building (RCC M-20 grade) as per the drawing, directions of the engineer incharge of the work with the following items of work. water supply, sanitary ( internal and external ) electrification/illumination, construction of various cable ducts comming within the building are in the scope. The building shall be designed for 3nd floor office loads. The scope is for construction of ground, first, second and third floor with stair case cabin.
