The work shall include cutting, welding, alignment, hydrostatic pressure testing, surface preparation, application of one coat of approved marine-grade primer and two coats of approved marine-grade finish paint, re-commissioning, and making the fire line completely leak-proof and fully operational. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, consumables, tools, testing, transportation, and incidental charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work. |

| 11 | Renewal of the 4-inch Port Main Sea Chest Globe Valve, including dismantling and removal of the existing damaged valve, supply and installation of a new 4-inch globe valve of approved make, having the same pressure rating and specification as the existing, complete with matching flanges, gaskets, studs, nuts, bolts, and all associated fittings and accessories. The work shall include cleaning and preparation of the mating flange faces, alignment, installation, tightening, hydrostatic/leak testing, surface preparation, application of one coat of approved marine-grade primer and two coats of approved marine-grade finish paint, and commissioning to ensure smooth operation and complete leak-proof performance. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, consumables, tools, testing, transportation, and incidental charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work. |
| 12 | Servicing of both Main Engines (Ashok Leyland Model 415), including complete inspection, cleaning, checking, adjustment, and routine servicing in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. The work shall include draining and replacement of engine lubricating oil, renewal of lube oil filters, fuel filters, and air filters, cleaning of the fuel system, inspection and adjustment of valve clearances, foundation bolts, and all other fasteners, inspection of drive belts, hoses, cooling system, exhaust system, fuel injection system, electrical wiring and connections, lubrication system, and turbocharger . The work shall also include topping up all required fluids, checking engine parameters, starting, trial running under operating conditions, rectification of minor defects noticed during servicing, and making both engines fully operational. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, consumables, and tools, testing, charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work |

The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, cleaning chemicals, tools, testing, and transportation, charges required for the satisfactory completion of the work. |

| 16 | Dismantling of the blocked toilet discharge line including removal of the entire discharge pipeline, thorough cleaning and flushing of the complete line to remove all blockages, refitting of the pipeline, and carrying out necessary repairs to the existing damaged portions such as side plates and other affected components. The work shall also include removal of the damaged wall/floor tiles, supply and fixing of matching new tiles, re-grouting, finishing, testing of the discharge system for leak-proof and free-flow operation, and making the toilet area fully functional. | 17 | Renewal of the existing plastic water tank, including dismantling and removal of the old tank, supply and installation of a new plastic water tank of approved make, capacity, and quality as per the approved sample. The work shall also include renewal of all associated pipe fittings, valves, connectors, clamps, supports, and accessories, and connection to the existing pipeline system. The newly installed water tank shall be rigidly secured to the vessel's structure using suitable heavy-duty MS/SS brackets, clamps, and fasteners to prevent movement or displacement during vessel operation.
