The tiles are to be laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 cparse sand). The tiles are to be fixed with 3 mm grove using spacers. | 9 | Providing and fixing modular kitchen with cabinet made out of 18 mm thick HDHMR board machine made. The HDHMR board of 8 feet by 4 feet should weight not less than 46kg. The edges of cabinet is to be fixed with PVC edge bend of 0.8mm thick with adhesive (hot melt). The complete box shall be assembled with mini fix Handleless Profiles and should be machine fitted (Built-in) into the cabinets. It further includes the cost of 4 nos legs 4\\" high with load capacity of 200kg per leg). The cost also includes PVC skirting 12mm thick in front of cabinet bottom.
