4Supply & laying of ISI marked 3.5 Core 25 mm sq PVC insulated Aluminum Conductor armoured ISI Marked cable of in Trench/Pipe.Supply & laying of ISI marked 3.5 core 25 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable (PVC Sheathed) of make Havells/ Finolex/ Cirtina/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Polycab/ KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable to be laid in trench/ pipe as per DSR Code 7.5.1/2022 MV CB PIP-25 Part-II (External). The job included all Connections, Commissioning and testing of phase supply Material Testing report to be submitted and material to be supplied at site after confirmation from Engineer-in-charge.
5Repair of lighting compartment of the Bollard: The portion of the heritage bollard where bulb will be installed is to be repaired (lighting compartment). The job includes removing the already fixed old glass/ fibre sheet. The new clear polycarbonate sheet (5-6 nos. of approx. size 6\\"x8\\") are to be installed/ fixed using proper screws. The job also includes providing & installing the opening side (MS) of the compartment with hinges by doing welding and providing proper closing mechanism and also closing it with suitable size nut & bolt.The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
6Painting of Heritage Bollard including lighting compartment ( MS portion) with good quality Grey Colour Paint of make Asian Paint/ Indigo or equivalent reputed make & doing required inor repair with white putty.. Before painting, the old dull paint in existing bollard be properly removed with ragmark. After this good quality white putty is to be applied on whole bollard and then painting is to be done.
7Providing & fixing of junction box of size suitable for accomodating 4 core 16mmsq cable inside suitable size (already made in other bollards) foundation including doing connection of the cable. The rates are inclusive of making the required foundation and other petty material to complete the job.
8Supply and erection of Junction Box cover of fibre sheet of suitable size on existing bollard. The fibre cover shall be installed on existing junction box with the help of screw. The job includes the cost of all labour charges and other petty material,nut & bolts required to complete the job upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
9P/F LED lamp 15 watt screw/pin type lamp in the lighting compartment of the bollard and making connection of make - Bajaj/Havells/ Wipro/ Philips. And work should be executed as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
10Supply & Erection of Screw type Lamp Holder (E-27) of make Anchor/ U.K. Plastic/ RIMCO/ Havell's, inside the lighting compartment of the heritage bollard. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
11Painting of pedestal size 1200x900x350mm with P.O. red paint complete in all respect and bonding to the existing earth etc. and platform of cement concrete 1:2:4 around the pillar box of size 3’x2’x0’-4”. The Cost includes writing MCC and Danger in Bold letters such that it is warning about hazard as threats which are essential to safety for General Public. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
12Providing and fixing of front doors in place of missing or broken door of existing pedestal of size 1200x900x350 mm. The door is to be fixed by welding hinges at site with the help of welding set. The job also includes the cost of painting of the complete pedestal to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
13Supply& Erection of 60 Watt LED integrated retro Post Top fixture of cast alum housing. LEDs are mounted directly on extruded alum heat sink suitable for mounting on pole having dia 60-75mm, luminary efficancy should be more than 100 lumens/watt. Power factor more than 0.95, CCT 4000K ± 275, IP 65 Protection, with minimum height x width of 735mm x 440 mm , System driver efficiency more than 85%, input volatge 100-270V, with opal/frosted/prismatic, P.C./ PMMA diffuser & inbuilt surge protection of 4 kV & external surge protection of 10kV. Make Twinke (Alliance Large) or similar/equivalent design of Philips, Wipro, Havells, Bajaj, Legero .The fixture is to be installed on the pole with or without suitable size reducer as per requirement. The job include the cost of supply and including the cost of reducer on the pole for erection of fixture.The fixture should be comprehensively warranted to be repaired or replaced any defect within five years of installation. The rates are inclusive of buy back of old fitting. The colour of the fixture will be told by EIC. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
14Supply and Erection of 4 Mtrs long Decorative Pole Including Foundation and Bolts.Design, Supply & Erection of decorative Galvanised mild steel Pole having total length of minimum 4.0 mtr with MS base plate of size minimum dia 325 mm with minimum 140mm dia and 4mm dia thickness at bottom and minimum 75mm dia and 3mm thickness of top portion with Cast Aluminium embellishments at the middle of the pole. The pole should be provided with a cut out at the bottom for making necessary connection including a 25 Amp MCB of good quality. The pole should be painted with PU paint. The cut out should have lockable flush door for protection of connections. The make of the pole should be Twinkle/Surya/ Havells/ Bajaj/K-lite/Keslec. The cost include foundation made of 1:2:4 RCC mixture, 04 nos. L-Type nuts/ bolts made out of 16mm dia M.S. rod having threads upto whole length, the total length of the bolt will be 600mm including nuts and washer etc.The foundation is to be laid by excavating 0.55mx0.55mx1.1m soil and laying R.C.C foundation 0.45mx0.45mx1.1m & 8.00 kg of steel. The foundation will be provided with 2 nos. DWC pipe 50mm for outgoing and incoming cables. The total length of the pipe will be at least 1 mtr each. The foundation will be constructed upto plinth level and finished at same level. The job including carriage charges of material and completion to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.The dimensions are with Production tolerance ± 3%.
15Supply & Laying of flexible PVC insulated FR PVC sheathed 3 Core 1.5 mm2 Copper Cable conforming to IS -694:2010 of make KEI,Havells ,Cirtina / finolex , Polycab within the Steel tubular / decorative pole / bollard.The job include the cost of other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of engineer –in – change precautions of the work.
16G.I. Earth pipe electrode without salt/ Charcoal: DSR 5.2/2022 Supply and laying of earth electrode made out of ISI marked 'B' class earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40mm dia including accessories, G.I. pipe electrode shall be cut tapered at the bottom, and provided with holes of 12mm dia, drilled not less than 7.5 cm from each other upto 2 Mtr. of length from bottom (without charcoal or coke and salt). The earth electrode shall be laid in ground after boring as per CPWD specifications complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

The job includes correcting the orientation of the complete bollard & making it stand straight. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
19P/F of LED luminarie of size 2'x2' of 30-36 watt (595x595 mm) surface/recess type including driver with system Lumens 3600-4000 Im having efficacy of minimum 100 lm/W. THD <10%, PF > 0.95, Having coloured temperature 4000-6500 K recess type suitable to be fixed in Armstrong/ grid ceiling. The fitting should provides soft light and glare free symmetrical illumination and is to be fixed in the existing false ceiling frame of make Havells/ Wipro/ Twinkle/ Surya/ Phillips/ Bajaj alongwith connection, testing and commissioning erc. This job also includes all petty material required to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Warranty:- The fixture should be comprehensively warranted to be repaired or replaced for any defect within 2 years of installations.

24Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/recess along with 25/32 A, 240 V “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required complete in all respect. Make of Anchor, Havells, Legrand, ABB, L&T, Siemens. The specifications complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. DSR 2.16
25Dismantling and Re-erection of G.I. Pipe Pole 4.5/6 Mtr. Long alongwith LED Light Fitting etc. & other material complete in all respect. The pole shall be erected 1.5 mtr. below the ground level in 8\\" internal dia ready made RCC muff. The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with the cement concrete 1:2:4. The cost includes all labour and material. The bottom portion upto 1 mtr of the pole should be painted with two coats of green bituminous paint after removing the dust. The job shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
26S/F PVC Conduit: DSR 1.21.1 Supplying & Fixing of following sizes of PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. 20 mm
27Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 12.5 Meter High Mast with 3 rope sysem based on the following parameters/ requirements of the Deptt. Height of Mast: 12.5 Meter with Wind speed: 180 Km/hour as per IS-875 (Part-III).The High Mast & head frame shall be structurally suitable to accommodate minimum 06 Nos.LED flood light fittings & its control gear boxes.
28Construction of the Mast:The mast shaft shall be manufactured from high tensile steel plates confirming to BS EN 10025 having minimum yield strength of 355N/Sq. mm. Each mast shaft section shall be without any circumferential weld joint except base flange. The mast base flange shall be free from any lamination or incursion and provided with supplementary gussets between the bolt-holes to ensure elimination of helical stress concentration.The minimum A/F dimension of top shall be 150 mm (min.) and bottom 360 mm (min.). The mast should have two equal length sections and the sections shall be joined at site by slip-stress-fit method and minimum overlap distance shall be 1.5 times the diameter at penetration.A door reinforced with welded steel section, vandal resistant, weather proof with Allen bolts and pad locking facility of dimension not less than 1000 mm x 225 mm shall be provided at a height 2 times the width of door from the base of mast to provide clear access to base compartment Equipments winch, motor, cable, connector etc.For the environmental protection of the mast, the entire fabricated mast shall be hot dip galvanized internally and externally in single dip having a uniform average thickness of 85 microns for plates more than 5 mm and 70 microns for 5 mm and less thickness.

30Dynamic Loading for the Mast:The mast structure shall be suitable to sustain an assumed maximum reaction arising from a wind speed as per IS 875 (three second gust), and shall be measured at a height of 10 meters above ground level. The design life of the mast shall be 25 years. The force co-efficient taken for design of the twenty sided polygonal structure is to be established from the wind tunnel test data.
31Luminaries Carriage:A fabricated Lantern Carriage shall be provided for fixing and holding the flood light fitting and control gear boxes. The Lantern Carriage shall be of special design and shall be of steel tube construction, the tubes acting as conduits for wire, with holes fully protected by grommets. The Lantern Carriage shall be so designed and fabricated to hold the required number of flood light fitting and control gear boxes, and also have a perfect self balance. The Lantern Carriage shall be fabricated in two / three halves and joined by bolted flanges with steel nuts to enable easy installation or removal from the erected mast. The entire lantern carriage shall be hot dip galvanizedafter fabrication. The inner lining of the carriage shall be provided with protective PVC arrangement, so that no damage is caused to the surface of the mast during raising and lowering operation of the carriage.Weather proof junction box, made of cast Aluminum shall be provided on the Carriage Assembly as required, from which the inter-connections to the designed number of the flood light luminaries and associated control gears fixed on the carriage shall be made.
32RAISING AND LOWERING MECHANISM: For the installation and maintenance of the luminaries and lamps, it shall be necessary to lower and raise the Lantern Carriage Assembly. To enable this, a suitable Winch Arrangement shall be provided, with the winch fixed at the base of the mast the specially designed head frame assembly at the topWinch: The winch shall be of “Integral Power Tool” type with motor. The winch shall have provision for manual operation in case of failure of the motor. The winch shall be double drum and completely self sustaining type, without the need for brake shoe, springs or clutches. Each driving spindle of the winch shall be positively locked when not in use. The capacity, operating speed, safe working load, recommended lubrication and serial number of the winch shall be clearly marked on each winch. The winch drums shall be grooved to ensure perfect seat for stable and tidy rope lay, with no chances of rope slippage. The rope termination in the winch shall be such that distortion or twisting is eliminated and at least 5 to 6 turns of rope remains on the drum even when the lantern carriage is fully lowered and rested on the rest pads. It shall be possible to remove the hoisting mechanism after dismantling through the door opening provided at the base of the mast. The winch shall be type tested at a reputed institution and the test certificate shall be furnished before supply of materials. The test certificate shall include the maximum load operated by the winch.
33Head Frame:The head frame is to be designed as a capping unit of the mast, shall be of welded steel construction, galvanized both internally and externally after assembly. The top pulley shall be of appropriate diameter, large enough to accommodate the steel wire ropes and the multi-core electric cable. The pulley block shall be made of no corrodible material, and shall be of die cast Aluminum Alloy (LM-6). Pulley made of synthetic materials such as plastic or PVC are not acceptable. Self-lubricating bearings and steel shaft shall be provided to facilitate smooth and maintenance free operation for a long period. The pulley assembly shall be fully protected by a canopy galvanized internally and externally. The head frame shall be provided with guides and stops with PVC buffer for docking the lantern carriage.
34Stainless Steel Wire Ropes:The stainless steel wire ropes shall be in AISI 316 grade, 7/19 construction with central core in the same material of diameter and the breaking load of rope shall not be less than 2x1450 Kg. giving a factor of safety of over 5 for the system at full load as per the TR7 referred to in the beginning of this specification. The end construction of rope for the winch drum shall be fitted with talurit and for two continuous ropes the end termination in luminary’s carriage shall be with stainless steel thimble and copper splicing and for others with stainless steel thimble and bull dog grips.
35Electrical System, Cable and Cable Connections:Suitable terminal box shall be provided as part of the contract at the base compartment of the high mast for terminating the incoming cable. The electrical connections from the bottom to the top shall be made by special trailing cable. The cable shall be EPR / PVC insulated and PCP sheathed to get flexibility and endurance. At the top there shall be weather proof junction box to terminate the trailing cable. The system shall have in-built facilities for testing the luminaries while in lowered position. Also, suitable provision shall be made at the base compartment of the mast to facilitate the operation of internally mounted, electrically operated power tool for raising and lowering of the lantern carriage assembly. The trailing cables of the lantern carriage rings shall be terminated by means of specially designed, metal clad, multi pin plug and socket provided in the base compartment to enable easy disconnection when required
36Power Tool for the Winch:Three phase, single speed, high-powered motor of suitable rating to lift the load mounted on adjustable plate to adjust the length of winch motor coupling chain is to be provided in base compartment. Mechanical torque limiter is to be mounted on motor shaft to stop transmission of motion from motor to winch in case of excess load and thus prevent the damage to winch and breakage of rope.
37Lighting Finial:One number heavy duty hot dip galvanized lightning finial shall be provided for each mast. The lightning finial shall be minimum 1.2 M in length and shall be provided at the center of the head frame. It shall be solidly bolted to the head frame to get a direct conducting path to the center of the earth through the mast. The lightning finial shall not be provided on the lantern carriage under any circumstances in view of the safety of the system.1 Nos. LED type single dome aviation obstruction light shall be provided each high mast.
38Earthing Terminals:Earth terminal using 12mm diameter hot dip galvanized bolts shall be provided on the door stiffener of the mast for lightning and electrical earthing of the mast.

Four No. supporting members each of size 50mm x 6mm thick according to cubical size shall be welded for mounting switcher gear i.e. ICTPN, BBC, Timer and energy meter etc. The Pedestal shall be painted with two coats of P.O. red paint after applying one coat of red oxide. One No. The legs of the pedestal shall be embedded in the 1:2:4 C.C. mixture by digging 1' deep pit of 1' dia. The letter 'M.C.C.' in 4\\" size shall be written on the front door of the Pedestal. The job also included supply and erection one no. wooden plank/ board of size 1’-6’’ x 1’-6’’ and 25mm thick suitable for fixing energy mater including cost of screw, nuts and bolts in cubical pedestal complete in all respect. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

58Supply & Erection of Three Phase Automatic Timer and Contactor assembled in 22 gauge CRCA sheet enclosure duly powder coated with the following accessories (Three Phase) of Make Amsons/ L&T/ Schenider or equivalent as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. It shall conform to latest relevant IS Code:-1. It shall have 3 contactors of capacity 40 Amp. each of made BCH, Legrand, L&T or Siemons. The contractor should be of AC-3 duty 2 pole, 220/240 V coil Voltage.2. It shall have Auto/Manual switch, light activated switching system with allied accessories as required. 3. It shall have kit-kat fuse unit of 40 Amp capacity. The fuse unit shall conform to latest relevant IS code for protection of timers, bakelite sheet & other components as per requirement as site. 4. It shall be housed in a powder coated 22 gauge M.S sheet cabinet for its protection. 5.The device shall be provided/fixed in the existing pedestal box in such a way so that it operates at correct time i.e. at rising/setting of Sun. The Sensor shall be included time watch to operate as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Warranty:- IT SHOULD STAND WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR TOWARDS ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
59Providing and fixing 100 A 30 KA 4 POLE rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
60Dismantling of existing G.I. Pipe pole 4.5/4/6 Mtr. Long along with Defective fittings, Wire, CC Collar & other material complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cost includes the disposal of malba from site to suitable nearby dumping place. The contractor shall hand over the dismantled material to the J.E-in-Charge at central store in proper form duly accounted or the same may be considered as recovery/ buyback as per conditions of DNIT.

The fixture should be comprehensively warranted to be repaired or replaced for any defect within 2 years of installations. The luminary should not be over power derived. The fitting shall be mounted on the foundation including making connection, testing & energizing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The luminary should be make Philips/ Crompton/ Havells/ Surya/ Wipro/ Bajaj. The job includes fixing the LED flood light on suitable foundation, fixing IP 66/67 (weather proof) junction box for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry & covering the whole assembly with MS wire mesh cover, properly fixed in foundation, for protection of LED fitting. Make: Phillips or Havells or Trilux, Panasonic, Twinkle, Surya, Bajaj. The colour of the fitting to be decided by EIC before execution of the work. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
