6Construction of embanKment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 MT to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. 7Supply & fixing of M-20 grade precast cement concrete Kerb or Dand upto 60 cm length over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including jointing earth work, pointing & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 of size. 15 x 15 cm.
8Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement with M-30 Grade 0.30 Mtr x 0.30 Mtr x 0.15 Mtr Edge Blocks (measurements shall be made inner to inner side of edge blocks). 13Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 801.3.1. fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 801. 14Supply of Caution Diversion sign board size 1800 x 600 mm having centre height of 75 cm made out or 1.25 mm thick M.S. sheet duly framed with angle iron size 40 x 40 x 5 mm fixed on two moving wheels and stands, made out of 75 x 40 mm channel having two solid rubber wheels mounted on ball bearings, boards is processed in stoving enamel blue and machine cut sheet reflective letter and arrow on one side and the other side having arrow only complete in all respect.

20Supplying and Fixing of Cat’s Eye made of aluminium alloy size 75x100x22 mm having 21 biconvex lenses embedded in circular disk of ABS plastic on each side.
21By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRD Specification Clause 401. For Grading III Material.
22Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MoRD Specification Clause 406. 23Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Specifications.600 mm equilateral triangle.
24Providing and fixing in position bitumen impregnated fiberboard confirming to IS: 1838 in expansion joints including the cost of primer sealing compound. 25 mm. thick.
25Providing & Fixing of median marker made of tough high impact resistance injection moulded thermo plastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, height & width not less than 12cm, 10cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm. The median marker shall have flourescent yellow colour retro reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm X 8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic as its retro reflective elements and meet ASTM D4956-09 Type XI specification. The retro reflective sheeting shall be on both the sides of the median marker and shall be as protected with no exposed edges that prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage etc. The median marker shall be fixed with a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting etc. complete as directed by the Engineer -In-Charge. (manufactured from 3M or equivalent).
26Supplying & Installation of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg jested in accordance to ASTM D 4280.The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 micro-amperes at 2.4 V in sleep-charging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm X 100 mm X 100 mm. Also the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy rasin based adhesive as per manufacture’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. (manufactured from 3M or equivalent)

31P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg./Cm2 .) approved quality /make including joining the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant. 160 mm dia.
32Providing at site, lowering & laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of RCC pipes NP4 class (with s/s ends) IS: 458 - 2003 (amended up to date) marked and pipes from 300 mm and upto 1800 mm manufactured through vertical / vibrated casting process at all depths with Rubber gaskets (EPDM/SBR) for sewer lines as per IS: 5382 (including cost of Rubber gaskets, lubricants) as per drawing, sectional hydro testing of the sewer pipe line (including cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) etc., complete as per specification and / or as directed by Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. 34Providing, constructing coffer dam in river basin / dam storages as per type design including excavation, filling the middle portion with B.C. soil (in gunny bags if required). Providing impervious / semipervious materials on both sides of B.C. soil (in gunny bags if required) including ramming, compacting to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge till the completion of work including dismantling coffer dam after completion of works and disposing off the material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Maximum top width payable shall be 2 Mtr. and maximum payable side slopes shall be 1.5 horizontal to 1 vertical, if the constructed top width of the side slopes are less, then the measurements at actual are payable. Extra top width or flat slopes are not payable. Contractor is free to use ballies, plastic sheets, piles, pipes, CGI sheets for supporting hearting materials instead of impervious/ semi-pervious hearting materials for which no extra payments shall be payable. 30% payment shall be withheld for dismantling of coffer dam.

40Providing, fixing, maintaining, shifting & refixing, barricading of a steel portable barricade with horizontal sheet 0.60 mtr wide, 2.4 mtr in length fitted on a “A” frame and sheet painted with 2 coats of yellow paint, lettering (CAUTION, JDA AT WORK, DRIVE SLOW) on sheet with RED paint & border with reflective paint at the time of every shifting, traffic diversion arrangement, safety guard, suitable lightning arrangement during night if required, complete in all respect till completion of the project as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-charge and same shall be possessed by the contractor after completion of the project.
