| 1 | Dismantling of Motor, Gear box from the foundation after disconnecting all electrical connections from the panel, opening the coupler & fan from the shaft & cutting rusted nut-bolts etc. and taking out all from the deep well. |

The job includes removing of existing electrical panel, removing of rusted grill & cutting of rusted \\"C\\" channel with the help of gas cutter & taking it out with the help of heavy duty manual labour arrangement/ Hydra etc. |
| 3 | Dismantling of complete M.S jaal of the two nos. well including the staircase portion of flash mixer no.5 & 6. This also includes the M.S jaal of size 12 ftx 3 ft approx. for motor foundation area along with complete jaal of two raw water well of clarifier no.5 & 6 and chequred sheet and railing of staircase and flash mixers all complete and deposition of all the scrap material to scrap yard as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Safety equipments like oxygen cylinder, gum boot, safety belt and safety helmet etc have to be arranged for the safety of workers as the work has to be done in the top of flash mixture chamber. The same includes loading, unloading & cartage charges etc. |
| 5 | Temporary Arrangement of platform around the flash mixer well to execute the work including tool & tackels, plates, balli, jacks, chain block, chains etc to & fro and its loading & unloading & its complete dismantling after completion of the work. |
| 6 | Fabrication of new structure of Motor platform/foundation for the flash mixture top chamber made out from 200mm C-channel for mounting of motor & gear box of flash mixture. The size of frame is 5ft X 2.5ft approx. the job includes fixing of 8mm M.S.sheet on top of C-channel M.S structure. |
| 7 | Fixing of M.S. structure on flash mixture top chamber. The job includes loading & unloading of complete frame with the help of heavy manual labour arrangement. |
