4Removal of slit/soil/earth, sand, pebbles, 'Malba', debris, rubbish, stone pebbles & obstruction deposited in canal bed up to design line grade and sections having design due to erosion/scour/slips in canal banks/silting with or without bushes and weeds etc. in dry or moist condition from canal bed including dewatering, loading unloading and disposal at suitable place as directed by Engineer in charge with initial lead of 50m. and lift upto 1.5 m with proper dressing on canal bed complete in all respect (b)(ii) for depth above 15 cm but below 30cm in lined canal
5Excavation including loading, unloading, disposal and dressing of excavated earth within initial lead of 50m and lift up to 1.5m including dressing of excavated area and dewatering wherever required complete in all respect (b)Hard / dense soil
