| 1 | SECTION 01 - DISMANTLING / DEMOLITION WORK |
| 2 | Carefully dismantling and removing the following existing items of any size, at any level/floor, without any damage to adjacent structure/walls,floor,etc by using manual tools, carting away the debris including loading, unloading, transport, mathadi charges, etc. complete. Contractor to pack the debris properly in bags and shift from site to downstairs up to debris location/identified location in the colony premises without making any nuisance/incovenience to the Ocuupants/Residents. Contractor to clean the area/surfaces after the dismantling work thoroughly using water, wire brush or any other approved methods, preparing the surface to receive the new work (i.e bed/back mortar for floor & wall dado tiles, granite slab, cement concrete/brick work, plastering, water proofing work, doors & windows,etc.) incluing making good to the damages with ready mixed cement plaster or plain cement concrete (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 aggregate). Contractor has to remove the debris from time to time and dump the same at municipal approved dumping yard, ect. complete and as directed:For Both Class-I & III flatsa) All sanitary and plumbing fittings/fixtures including wash basin, EWC/IWC with flush tank, waste water connections, grating, concealed GI/CI/CPVC/UPVC/PVC pipe lines of any sizes, etc. The work shall include plugging of the water inlet temporarily without affecting water supply to the other areas/flats etc. complete as directed by the Bank's Enginner – per flat.b) Bath & WC Doors:-Doors of granite stone slab frame with shutter made of aluminum frame with backalite panel / wooden door frame with wood panelled shutter of approxi.size 0.75m x 2.10m – 02 nos. per flat (i.e Bath & W.C) inclding all hardwares of any type - per flat. |
| 3 | Carefully dismantling of the existing Brick bat coba, cement concrete floor/bed, flooring tiles (ceramic/vitrified) with bed mortar, including water proofing plastering in WC/BATH/Kitchen mori upto RCC slab top including cleaning the surface,etc. complete. |
| 4 | Rebate for taking away the salvageable/scrap items removed and stacked under the above item No.1.1 & 1.2Note: Contractor to quote for the buyback amount to be paid to Bank for the above Items taken out from the colony premises by him. |

| 6 | Structural Repairs to R.C.C Members:-Carefully chipping of unsound/weak concrete material including cement mortar plastering from RCC members such as slabs, beams, columns, lintels, etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposing of debris from the colony premises including all lead and lifts, etc complete and as directed. a) Removal of rust on steel reinforcement: Providing & applying rust remover of approved make to clean reinforcement bars & allowing it to react for specified time and cleaning the reinforcement of total rust by scrapping or using mechanical wire brush around the reinforcement bars to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface using suitable tools and equipment, etc. all complete and as directed by the Bank's Engineer. b) Passivator coat on steel reinforcement: Providing and applying one component, Polymer modified, cementitious anti-corrosive primer of approved make (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) formulated to provide dual protection of a polymeric barrier and an integral corrosion-inhibiting system, to the existing steel and additional steel reinforcement provided before patching of damaged areas, using suitable tools and equipment inclusive of material, manpower and equipment, etc. all complete as directed.
