Removal of existing burnt out copper winding wire, cleaning of slots using suitable reagents and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge to achieve required RPM, varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, painting and brought back to existing location and assembling the same after complete repair, connecting with pump and making necessary electrical connection and testing of motor after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair. Non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair. |
