| 7 | M & L for 1mm thick wall care putty over new plastered prepared surfaces of wall to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and inculding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm (External surfaces only) complete all as specified and directed {(NOTE : Putty, Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray (Mechanical means) machine} .NOTE:- (a) The work pertaining to painting work shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like OBD, synthetic enamel paint, putty etc (as applicable) after approval by the GE.(b) The contractor shall upload with the documents under cover-I \\"Memorandum of Understanding\\" (MoU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.(c) Use of scaffolding, trestles, ladders,cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc.(e) Work in patches and in narrow/widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery electric fittings, wiring etc, Drop and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. |
