Mixing of waterproof cement based putty by adding 40% to 50% clean water using mechanical putty mixer having minimum 1400 W power and capable of mixing not less than 2.5 Kg of putty per minute. Applying waterproof cement based wall putty by fully automatic airless spray machine having minimum 3.30 KW DC electric motor, maximum flow rate of 6 litres per minute, working pressure not less than 230 bar and tip size up to 0.041 inch or equivalent approved equipment, to achieve an average thickness of 1 mm and consumption of 1 Kg per Sqm. Allowing the putty surface to dry for 6 to 8 hours and carrying out mechanical sanding using vacuum-assisted wall sander to achieve a smooth and uniform finish free from dust and surface imperfections. Applying one coat of alkali resistant water-based wall primer over the prepared putty surface by airless spray machine complete, ensuring uniform coverage and manufacturer's recommended spreading rate. Applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over the primed surface by Airless Spray Technology using airless spray machine having maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI or higher, capable of operating a single spray gun with material hose length up to 30 metres and suitable extension accessories for hard-to-reach locations to ensure uniform penetration and superior finish with minimum wastage and manpower. The airless spray machine shall be of reputed make and shall be equipped with ProGuard or equivalent technology, pressure monitoring system and paint usage tracking facility and shall be certified or recommended by the paint manufacturer for application of wall finishes. The rate quoted shall include all labour, materials, scaffolding, mechanical sanding equipment with dust extraction system, airless spray machines, hoses, spray guns, mixers, primers, putty, Oil Bound Distemper, consumables and all incidental charges necessary for complete execution of the work. |
