Sl. No. Item Description
1Taking down of old BER servo voltage stabilizer/VCB/OCB of any capacity and make from sub stn by lifting arrangements and vehicle and deposited to mes store yard all are as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.
2Supply, install, testing and commissioning of servo controlled Voltage stabilizer capacity 250 KVA, confirming to BIS 9815 : Part1 : 1994, for automatic controlling/ regulating of voltage, three phase, 50 Hz, naturally oil cooled, outdoor type, copper wound, metallic body duly powder coated with lifting hooks two nos & designed for input variation between 360 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1 %, rate of correction 8 volt/second for single phase and 13 volt/second for phase to phase, suitable for unbalanced supply and load, complete with digital display voltmeter, ammeter with multi functional meter, comprising over load/ short circuit protections, high/ low voltage cut off, bypass arrangement, phase fail protection complete with Required Plinth foundation all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

5Supply, install, testing and commissioning of servo controlled Voltage stabilizer capacity 630 KVA, confirming to BIS 9815:Part1 : 1994, for automatic controlling/ regulating of voltage, three phase, 50 Hz, naturally oil cooled, outdoor type, copper wound, metallic body duly powder coated with lifting hooks two nos & designed for input variation between 340 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1 %, rate of correction 8 volt/second for single phase and 13 volt/second for phase to phase, suitable for unbalanced supply and load, complete with digital display voltmeter, ammeter with multi functional meter, comprising over load/ short circuit protections, high/ low voltage cut off, bypass arrangement, phase fail protection complete with Required Plinth foundation all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
6Plinth for outdoor type Servo voltage stabilizers:- M&L for the following:-(i) Providing 100mm thick PCC platform on top of brick masonry of size 3 X 3 mtrs (outer dimensions) and 1.2 mtr high from ground level and 0.50 mtr below ground level for placing voltage stabilizer and steps complete all as specified and directed.(ii) Excavation and earth work for foundation of brick masonry including R/F and removing surplus soil. (iii) 100mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of brick masonry.(iv) Brickwork with fly ash brick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 including 15mm thick cement plastering in cement and sand mortar 1:4 over exposed surfaces.(v) 100mm thick hardcore using brick bats of gauge not exc 63mm.(vi) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base.(vii) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair.(viii) Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer over plastered surfaces complete.(ix) Earth filling including watering and ramming in layers of 25cm inside the platform complete. (Earth obtained from excavation shall be used for filling).
7M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia connected to main earth wire on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. RCC cover with concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 8mm bars @ 100mm C/C both way with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 including necessary excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point and testing on completion including taking down old existing earthing complete all as specified & directed.Note : The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI Earth strip 32 x 6mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5m above ground level.
8Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) indoor type suitable for 11KV having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, 630 Amps, 25 KA for 3 Sec for incomer confirming to IEC 62271-200, class front accessed comprising with items including taking down old unserviceable VCB and deposited in MES Store yard.(a) 630 Amp continuous rated electrolytic copper bus bars, droppers and bus bars should be insulated with full system voltage sleeves of Raychem or equivalent.(b) Trolley mounted vacuum circuit breaker as per IEC 62271-100. Vacuum circuit breaker should have three no resin encapsulated vacuum bottles.(c) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge.(d) Cast resin current transformer 11 KV, 100-50/5-5A, Core1 :class1.0, 15 VA, Core2:5P10, 15VA (e) Closing & Tripping Coil Suitable for 24 V DC(f) Cast resin potential transformer 11KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 50VA, CI 1.0, CI 3P and HT fuse at the primary end and 04 pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT.(g) Accessories like local remote switch, breaker control switch (T-N-C), space heater with thermostat, DC & AC control circuit through MCB, indicating Lamps for RYB, Spring charge, DC supply healthy, breaker ON/OFF, breaker in SERVICE/ TEST as per manufacturer.(h) Multifunction meter (j) Digital Ammeter and Digital voltmeter.(k) Master Trip Relay.(l) Comprehensive numerical protection relay as per IEC 61850 compatible for directional and non directional O/C, E/F, U/V, O/V protection.
