Development by air compressor and lowering of air line along with column pipes and redevelopment of tube well by cleaning of all the strainers starting from top strainer to lowest strainer and then cleaning the bail plug till the availability of sand free yield. 76INSTALLATION of Pump sets:-Foundation Blocks (2 NO):-Modification of existing manifold by way of dismantling of existing pupmset and fabrication of new base frame on the old by way of welding and making the joints vibration proof and construction of new as per pump sizeCarriage:-Carriage of pumping machinery (pump, motor, coupling set, base frame to site of work by Mech. Transportation and Head Load up to Pump Room. The job also includes dismantling the pumping unit, unfastening the coupling bolts, nuts, bolts of the base frame for separating each component viz. motor pump, coupling set, base frame etc., for their proper handling and carriage.Installation (1 nos ):-Installation of new 10000 GPH X 300M. Head H.C. pump set on the foundation blocks at pump room by way of providing and fitting of bolts with nuts and washers for fitting of new pump and motor on each base frame, Also leveling of pump and motor in proper alignment with each other. Tightening the nut bolts of the base frame. Providing and fitting graphite gland packing with fitting of pump glands. Coupling the pump and motor by way of fixing of coupling bolts. Job includes cost of graphite gland packing, nut bolts of the base frame and labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers deployed for execution of job.Suction Line( 2 Nos) :- Fabrication of suction line of dia equivalent to pump inlet dia, for each pump set out of G.I. pipes, cast iron sluice valve- 1 No. for each line , M.S. bends - quantity as per site requirement. MS flanges – qty as per site requirement for connecting pump suction inlet to suction manifold/sump tank. The job includes cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout condition of the suction line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. Welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends, and then joining of the suction line to the suction manifold by way of proper welding works in precise manner. Also fitting of sluice valve at appropriate place in the suction line and joining of the other end of the suction line to the pump suction inlet by providing fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber insertion sheet. Job also involves creation of a hole of appropriate size in the wall and then properly dressing the hole by cement concrete mix for passing through of the suction line.Delivery Line(2 nos):- Fabrication of delivery line of dia equivalent to pump outlet dia for each pump set , out of G.I. pipe cast steel reflex valve 1 no., cast steel sluice valve 1 No. M.S. bends– qty. as per site requirement M.S. flanges qty. as per site requirement for connecting pump delivery outlet to the delivery manifold. The job involves cutting the pipe in required lengths as per alignment/layout conditions of delivery line at site, the cut edges have to be grinded with grinder to give them smooth and even surface for proper welding. welding the flanges to bends and to the pipe pieces at proper ends in a precise manner, fitting of sluice valve and reflex valve at appropriate place in the delivery line and jointing of one end of the delivery line to pump delivery outlet by providing and fitting of hexagonal fasteners and rubber insertion sheet then jointing the other end of the delivery line to the delivery manifold by creating a hole of required size in the manifold by gas cutting and then jointing to the delivery manifold by way of proper welding work in a precise manner making v-groove all along the circumference of the cut and butt welding. Job also includes creation of a hole in the wall and then dressing to appropriate size by cement concrete mix for passing through it the delivery line of the pump.The whole job includes cost of material i-e., G.I Pipes, Reflex Valve, Sluice Valve welding rods, M.S. flanges, M.S. bends, nut bolts, rubber insertion sheet, oxygen acetylene gas used and POL used by DG set, hire charges/carriage charges of welding set, DG set, gas cutting apparatus and labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers deployed for execution of job. LT control Panel(2 NO):-Designing, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Control Panel of 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 50 HZ for 120/100 HP capacity motor Installed at pump room. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable Locking/ Sealing arrangement. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exist holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti-Rust primer and two coats of enamel paint. It should be equipped with MCCB 300 Amp 35KA in input side for short circuit protection, Contractor MNX 225 A-2no (Schneider Make or equivalent) for main and delta supply and 1No contractor MNX-185A (Schneider Make or equivalent) for star operation, I No timer for change over the supply of motor from star to Delta, 2 No push buttons for stop and start operation of motor. 1No thermal relay fitted with main contractor.Metering: The enclosure should be voltmeter, ampere meter are to be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. All control wiring should be neat and clean with flexible copper cable to complete the star- delta circuit of outgoing supply.Features and specificationsa)Automation:- the system shall trip off the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and restart the motor automatically on resumption of electric fault thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. Complete job.Painting:-Cleaning all the surfaces of suction and delivery lines by scrubbing with emery paper, sand paper, wire brushes and then applying a single coat of red oxide primer, drying out at moderate temperature then applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint for smooth and even shades. Job includes cost of material and labour charges.Panel Board, Main switch(1NO)- Fabrication of panel board out of MS angle iron 40mm x 40 mm x 6 mm having a rectangular frame and 2 no horizontal legs and 2 no vertical legs for mounting on the wall and on ground in the pump room, fitting of 12 mm thick one sided mica ply in the Angle iron rectangular frame , cutting/drilling of holes for fitting of different equipment over it. Providing and fitting of 1 No. Main switch of MCCB type 300 Amp capacity. Job includes proper installation of panel board at appropriate place first by way of creating two No. holes in the wall and two No. pits in the ground and then fixing with cement concrete mix. Connecting the panel board to the incoming outgoing cables with providing & fitting of thimbles to the cable leads. Job includes cost of material, labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers to be deployed for execution of complete job.Painting:-Cleaning all the surfaces of suction and delivery lines by scrubbing with emery paper, sand paper, wire brushes and then applying a single coat of red oxide primer, drying out at moderate temperature then applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint for smooth and even shades. Rectifying the faults noticed during testing and also setting, adjusting the instruments of the panel Board , LT Control Panel and tightening of each cable thimbles of electrical points of stabilizer, main switch, starters and motors and realignment/leveling of pump & motor and checking the leakage of water from suction and delivery line if any. Job includes labour charges for skilled and semiskilled workers deployed to complete the job.Cables :-providing and fitting of following size of PVC insulated copper cable with thimbles :-1. Providing and fitting of 3.5 core armored aluminum cable from Transformer to Main Switch 2. Providing and fitting of copper cables 70 sq mm from Main Switch to voltage stabilizer- 3. Providing and fitting of copper cables 50 sq mm from Voltage Stabilizer to the LT Control Panel/Star delta manual Starter 4. Providing and fitting of copper cables 50 sq mm from LT Control Panel/Starter to motor All the cables shall be of requisite current carrying capacity as per the equipment and shall be routed through the flexible conduit and firmly connected to the electric points of stabilizer, main switch starter and motors.Chemical Earthing:- Providing and fixing of Chemical Earthing by way of digging of pit approximately 2Mtr. Providing and fitting of copper electrode with chemical material and Providing and laying of copper wire with proper nut-bolts. 77Providing of submersible pumping unit ( 2 Nos) along with submersible motor ( kirloskar/KSB/CRI/Crompton or any other reputed make) and cable of required length ( Havels/phonolex/any other reputed ISI marked make) , MUG starter of suitable capacity( L&T, KSB, Crompton/Kirloskar or any other reputed make), including carriage up to actual site using mechanical transport , by head load or other means.Submersible PumpSet: -InstallationM.S. Adopter(2 nos): -Fabrication of graded M.S. adopter of Required dia of requisite length by way of welding of M.S. flange Required dia. at one end of the adopter and making outer threads on the other end of the adopter. The threads on the adopter should be properly meshing with inner thread of discharge outlet of submersible pump set so as to make an air tight fitting. Fitting firmly the threaded end of the adopter in the discharge outlet of the submersible pump set. The job includes cost of material and labour charges and hire charges of welding set etcTie Rod Clamp( for 2 nos pump sets): -Providing/fabrication of tie rod clamp fabricated out of 40 mm x 6mm M.S. flat and fitting of the tie rod clamp to the submersible pump set with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on the side of the clamps. Job including list of material and labour charges.Column Pipe: -Fabrication of GI column pipes of length 10 ft. each, out of Required dia. GI pipes by way of cutting GI pipes in required lengths and then providing and welding MS flanges to each end of the pipe lengths in a precise manner exactly perpendicular to the column pipes around the periphery. Job including cost of welding rods, labour charges, hire charges of welding set, gas cutting set as well as to and fro carriage charges of column pipes to work shop for beveling of pipe ends for proper welding the flanges.Submersible Copper Cables: -Providing and fitting of submersible cable of required capacity.Making of leak proof joints of submersible copper cables on motor side using patch roles & insulating tapes for connecting each lead of three core of submersible copper cables (2 no’s.) coming from motor with their respective leads of three core copper cables (2no’s) which further to be connected with terminals of star connection arrangement and delta connection arrangement at the motor starter after proper thimbling. The job includes cost of &labour charges. The submersible cables to be extended from borewell to panel board.Lowering Installation: - Lowering of submersible pump set fitted with adopter and tie rod clamp along with fitting and lowering in sequence 12/13 nos. column pipes Required dia (Each 10 ft.long) one by one and the 3 core submersible copper cables (2 lengths) in the tube well. The job includes placing one column pipe over the other in sequence and connecting with each other by tightening the nut bolts at the flanges with providing & insertion of rubber joint in between the flanges for making leak proof joints of the column pipes and lowering into the tube well step by step with the help of column pipes holding clamps and chain pulley block. The top most column pipe is to be connected with delivery line (to tank/to distribution) of the pump set by way of providing and inserting in between 900 M.S. bend and fitting one end of M.S. bend on the M.S. column pipe and other end to the delivery lineby fastening the nut-bolts of the flanges. 78Installation of High Mast Light:- Design /Supplying/ Installation/ Testing and commissioning of 8Mtr.high mast light with in premises of each pumping stations. The pole to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of silver white aluminum paint and underground section of the pole is to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint both inner and outer side. The pole is to be erected by excavation of 5 feet x2 feet x2 feet pole {pit including making foundation in cement concrete in the ration of 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone, 40mm dia nominal ). The foundation is to be continued upto 0.5 Mtr. feet above ground level around the pole tapered suitably in to the collar in round shape of 0.5 M dia. The exposed portion of the block is to be plastered properly and whitewashed. The job includes excavation of pole pit, refilling and removal of excavated material from site and properly disposed off. The also includes P/f of 4x150 watts LED lights along with bracket for fixing of lights and making provision for to up/down the fittings during maintenance in future, Job includes supplying Aluminum flat cable 2x10 sqmm approximately 30mtr and p/f of single pole MCB for each fitting along with SPN25/32 amp in MS box fitted with pole.
