3Installation, Testing and Commissioning of EV Charger: Installation, testing and commissioning of the EV charger, including providing and fixing a suitable MS base/support, all necessary components, auxiliaries, accessories and complete documentation. The scope shall also include glanding and termination of the incoming power cable and earthing conductor from the LT panel at the EV charger, including all required glands, lugs, hardware and accessories, ensuring proper connectivity and satisfactory operation of the complete system in accordance with applicable standards and OEM recommendations.
4Charge Point Operator (CPO) System – Platform for managing two EV chargers with remote monitoring, user authentication (password/RFID/OTP login), real-time diagnostics, automated billing (monthly invoice generation), consumption-based reporting, mobile/web app access, and integration with Central Management System (CMS) (OCPP 2.0.1 or higher/latest supported version.). Includes CMS/CPO subscription or licence charges, cloud hosting, software/firmware updates, data storage, cybersecurity updates, technical support and associated services for a period of seven (7) years, without additional cost to CIAL.The CPOs shall have all the features as specified in the technical specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
5Annual Maintenance Charges:Annual Maintenance Charges:The AMC for the EV chargers shall commence after completion of the two-year Defects Liability Period (DLP) and shall be carried out in accordance with the Technical Specifications and prescribed maintenance requirements.His includes software/firmware updates and upgrades, technical support, and other maintenance-related services required for satisfactory operation of the EV chargers during the AMC period.
