The above rates are inclusive of all taxes and duties as applicable, against this contract, including but not limited to corporate tax, personal tax, GST and any other statutory levies as applicable under this contract. 2. The above rates shall be firm during the entire Contract Period, and no escalation will be allowed under any circumstances. 3. Payment shall be made as per the payment terms mentioned in clause No. 4 of STCC. 4. As per Notification No. 02/2021- Integrated Tax (Rate) dt. 02.06.2021, GST applicable for \\"Maintenance, repair or overhaul services in respect of ships and other vessels, their engines and other components or parts\\" would attract GST @ 5%. Bidder to note and take into consideration the referred Notification and accordingly quote their prices 5. The cost incurred towards catering services for contractual personnel deployed by the Contractor at offshore worksites under the respective contracts shall be recovered/charged as per the rates stipulated in clause No. 4 (e) of STCC. 6. The entire Job / Contract will be executed under MRO (Maintenance / Repair / Overhaul) on Lump sum basis.
