7FILLING with selected & approved available excavated earth (excluding rock) in excavated pits, trenches, in plinth, sub-base for of roads, drains, manhole, sumps, or where required with approved locally available materials including spreading in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering, ramming, compacting mechanically using 2 ton compactor etc, complete. Measurements for net volume of space occupied by filling. If desired by the engineer-in-charge the contractor shall at his own expense carry out modified proctor compaction test to determine the maximum dry density. The criteria for acceptance of filling shall be compacting to 95% modified Proctor density with use of mechanical roller/rammer etc complete as directed and instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Volume of material filled to be measured for payment.
8FILLING with selected & approved Murrum / Locally fine silt suitable for filling and other solid characteristics including incompressibility material brought by Contractor from outside client's premises, including Identification of Borrow pits and including Royalty charges & or duties as per requirement of local authority, in foundations, excavated pits, trenches, in plinth, sub-base for of roads, drains, manhole, sumps, or where required with approved locally available materials including spreading in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering, ramming, compacting mechanically using 2 ton compactor etc, complete. Measurements for net volume of space occupied by filling. 10Providing, supplying, fabricating, assembling and placing Galvanized Iron (GI) Gabion Baskets of approved size and shape, manufactured from double twisted hexagonal woven steel wire mesh conforming to relevant IS specifications, with heavily galvanized wire of specified diameter including selvedge wire, internal diaphragms, lacing wire, binding wire, tie wire, connecting clips, spirals and all necessary connection accessories required for basket assembly and interconnection. The work shall include unfolding, assembling, positioning, tying, connecting adjacent baskets, forming diaphragms, maintaining line, level and alignment, including all labour, tools, tackles, loading, unloading, transportation and incidental charges complete as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
11Providing, supplying and laying Non-Woven Needle-Punched Geotextile Filter Fabric of 250 GSM made from polypropylene/polyester fibers, as approved, for wrapping and filtration applications behind gabion walls, retaining walls, drainage layers, embankments and other structures, including surface preparation, cutting to required sizes, laying in position, wrapping, providing minimum 300 mm overlaps, stitching/jointing wherever required, anchoring, fixing, protection during backfilling, and maintaining proper alignment. The item shall include all materials, labour, tools, tackles, loading, unloading, transportation, wastage, overlaps and all incidental works complete as per approved drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

13Carring out plinth treatment to post construction / existing structure by spraying chemical solution for termite control treatmentincluding labour and material consistment with I.S.I specification.Using Chlordene and Chiorpurfiles 20 EC. As Per 6131_paret-II Consentration Weight one percent is recommended i.e one LTR. 20 EC chemical emulsion with 19 liter give 1 % concrentration inclusive of one LTR. chemical emulsion appication at the rate of 5 LTR. chemical / Sqm of surface is recommended as per I.S. treated Plinth area of structure to be measured for payment as directed by engineer-in-charge
14Providing and laying Granular sub­base (GSB) for preparing base of road, trenches, in plinth, sub-base for of roads, drains, manhole, sumps, or where required by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC(Optimum Moisture Content), carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete.
15Providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) of M15 grade with coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm nominal size, including mixing in batching plant/approved mixer, transporting, laying, spreading, compacting with vibratory roller, and finishing to required line, level, grade and camber, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
16Providing and laying separation membrane of 125 micron thick polyethylene sheet of approved quality over prepared surface, including cleaning of surface, laying the sheet with proper alignment, and providing necessary overlaps (minimum 150 mm) at joints.The membrane shall be laid flat without wrinkles, folds, or creases and properly secured to prevent displacement during subsequent operations. The work includes cutting, jointing, and placing in position complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

26Providing, laying and fixing in position REINFORCEMENT High yield deformed bars/TMT/ FE500/FE500D/FE550 for R.C.C. works at all levels including cutting, bending and binding with 16 gauge M.S. annealed wire, providing cover blocks of C.M. 1:2 Embedded with binding wire etc. complete. The reinforcement detailing to IS 456 or, if specified by engineer, shall conform to IS: 13920 (Ductile detailing of R. C. Structures), bars as per IS 1786 the rate shall be inclusive of executing such detailing. Laps to be measured shall be as shown in drawing and for reinforcement length longer than available in market. Chairs, pins and laps other than that specified shall not on be measured and paid for. 30Providing & fixing White stone Bela masonry Block in course in super structure with stone of approved guality in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1-Cement : 5- course sand) including Racking the joints etc. complete (For Internal Partation wall= 150mm & For Outer Walls = 230mm ) etc. As Per Particular site conditions and the approved drawings, manufacturer's specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
31Providing, fabricating and fixing Toilet cubicle partitions comprising powder-coated/anodized aluminium extruded frame sections of minimum 1.2 mm thickness with approved colour and finish, complete with 12 mm thick Solid Phenolic Compact Laminate (Compact Grade Laminate - CGL) panels, waterproof, moisture-resistant, impact-resistant and anti-bacterial, of approved shade and texture. The work shall include doors, partitions, pilasters, aluminium channels, U-channels, corner profiles, top rails, SS-304 hinges, SS-304 occupancy indicator lock, coat hook, door stopper, adjustable SS-304 foot supports, rubber buffers, brackets, stainless steel fasteners, anchor bolts, sealant and all other necessary accessories. The item shall be supplied, installed, aligned, tested and fixed complete in all respects as per the approved drawings, manufacturer's specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
32Providing and fixing wooden office partition made of approved quality seasoned hardwood/wood frame of required sections, including 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood on both sides, finished with 1.0 mm thick decorative laminate of approved shade and make on exposed surfaces and balancing laminate on the inner surfaces, complete with necessary beadings, screws, nails, adhesive, hardware, and all fittings. The partition shall include glazing with 5.5 mm thick clear glass wherever required, complete with polishing/painting of exposed wooden members, making necessary openings for doors/windows, and all labour, materials, tools, tackles, scaffolding, transportation, and incidental works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
33Providing and laying 10mm thick in single coat CEMENT PLASTER in (i)Cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand) at all height/all floors to internal surfaces of all elements, walls, R.C.C. work, Ceiling,[backing coat at places where glazed or ceramic tiles are to be fixed etc]. including hacking of concrete surfaces, racking of joints, scaffolding, curing, providing chicken mesh at all necessary joints, etc. complete. Final finished surface shall be little rough , so it has proper bonding to paint putty.The surfaces to be plastered to be hacked immediately on de-shuttering. The Brick/ RCC surface to be plastered to be cured sufficiently before start of plaster. Initial bare surface area to be Plastered shall be measured for payment unless noted otherwise, etc as directions of Engineer in charge Complete.
34Providing and laying 20mm thick SANDFACED CEMENT PLASTER of required grain finishing upto all height/all floors including grooves, pattas etc. in two coats having the the base coat of not less than 12 mm thickness in CM 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) & finished coat 8 mm thk, in CM 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) to external surfaces of concrete & masonry including hacking of concrete surfaces, racking of joints, scaffolding, curing, providing chicken mesh at all necessary joints, etc. complete. Rate shall include addition of “Impermo” water proofing compound or equivalent as approved by engineer-in-charge, providing, adding & mixing of fine fibrillated 100% virgin polypropylene fibers in cement mortar to form homogeneous mixture @125 gms per a bag of cement in both the coats of plaster, 12mm long fibers shall be used in first coat & 6mm long fibers shall be used in second finished coat. providing drip mould 40mm wide and 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on soffit of chajjas, canopies, gutters etc.complete. as directions of Engineer in charge Complete.The surfaces to be plastered to be hacked immediately on de-shuttering. 35Providing and applying premium exterior/interior textured plaster finish over prepared plastered surfaces, using ready-mixed acrylic/cement-based texture coating of approved make and shade. The work shall include surface preparation, cleaning, crack filling, application of primer, textured finish (as per approved pattern such as sand, roller, stucco, or spray texture), and protective weather-resistant top coat wherever specified. The finished surface shall be uniform in texture, free from cracks, undulations, peeling, and discoloration, complete in all respects as per the architect's instructions.
36Providing material and labor for applying Two coats of gypsum (10MM) upto desired thickness for getting undulation free surface and accurate plumbness in walls. including providing grooves as per architectural drawings at all the edges of windows/Doors with neat finish on new/existing wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.make the surface uniform and levelled and must be without any undulation as directed by engineer in charge complete.Make: Diamond gypsum or as approved by engineer-in-charge.
37Providing material and labor for applying Two coats of acrylic putty (10MM) upto desired thickness for getting undulation free surface and accurate plumbness in walls. including providing grooves as per architectural drawings at all the edges of windows/Doors with neat finish on new/existing wall surface Work includes surface cleaning, removal of loose particles, minor leveling, and application of putty in one or more coats to accurately achieve the required thickness. After proper curing, the surface will be sanded to a smooth, even finish suitable for painting. Thickness will be checked for accuracy throughout the application to ensure compliance with project specifications.
38Providing material & labour for Internal Wall painting (two coats) with Luxury Emulsion of approved brand and manufacture including suitable primer coat on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. as directed by engineer in charge complete. One component waterborne 100% pure acrylic interior eggshell emulsion that must offer protection against different varieties of bacteria and fungus. Paint should free of HCHO, APEO and have crack bridging property of min 0.9 mm with class 1 flame spread resistance The product shall have a Volume Solids of minimum 35%The product shall be independently tested and approved for properties alike resistance to bacterial and fungal species, crack tolerance and flame spread resistance.The coating shall contribute to satisfying the following credit(s): Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) under LEED® 2009 Environmental Quality (EQ) and Materials and Resources (MR) under LEED® v4This product shall have a VOC limit not more than 24 g/lit. The product can be like Asian paint Royale series or approved equivalents.Two Coats of above paint should be applied using conventional Roller / Airless spray at the site after application and drying of applied Putty-Primer. For measurement of painting items the area painted shall be considered without any multiplication factor for different kinds of surfaces painted. Rate shall be quoted accordingly. All painting items final finish shall be as per manufacturer'sspecification as per acceptance of Engineer in charge /Architect. No extra payment shall be made for extra/over coat if required.The rate shall be inclusive of providing bamboo scaffoldingMake: Jotun,Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Dulux Paints or equivalent.Guidelines for application1. 39Providing and Applying Lustre Paint with work includes providing and applying lustre finish paint on internal wall surfaces in required shade, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The material shall be oil-modified or synthetic enamel-based washable lustre paint, with smooth sheen finish. The paint shall conform to Indian Standards IS: 101 (for testing of paint) and IS: 2932 (for enamel paints) or equivalent specifications. The brand and shade shall be approved before execution.The surface shall be properly cleaned by removing loose paint, dust, dirt, grease, algae and foreign matter. All cracks, dents and surface irregularities shall be filled using approved wall putty or plaster of Paris to make the surface even and smooth. The finished surface shall be prepared by rubbing with sandpaper and cleaned.The work shall include applying one coat of approved primer suitable for lustre paint system. After the primer dries, the surface shall again be smoothened by rubbing with sandpaper. A synthetic enamel undercoat or base coat shall then be applied as per the manufacturer’s recommendation. Finally, two coats of approved quality lustre paint shall be applied uniformly using brush or roller to achieve a smooth, even, washable finish free from brush marks, patches or streaks. Additional coats, if required for uniformity, shall be carried out by the contractor at no extra cost.All materials, labour, scaffolding, tools, masking tapes and necessary protection to electrical fixtures, flooring, furniture, windows and adjoining surfaces shall be included in the rate. After completion, stains shall be cleaned and the area handed over in proper condition.Measurement shall be taken in square metres of finished painted surface.
