| 6 | Providing and laying three coat of anticorrosive and anti-toxic surface coating for MS pipeline. The paint shall be applied after removing the scales and rust over the pipe by wire brush. Paint shall be applied uniformly to achieve uniform coating of average DFT of 60 microns per coat with the brush. 2nd coat shall be applied over the 1st coat after 8 hrs. the process shall be repeated for the 3rd coat. DFT for the final coat shall be 35 microns . Final surface shall be uniform and shall have total thickness of about 150 microns . The rate is inclusive of material transportation up to the site of work including labour machinery as required etc. complete . All three coats shall be of distinctive colour as approved be Engineer-in- charge. |
| 7 | Dismantling of existing Non-Return Valve (NRV) of 700 mm diameter and Float Valve of 200 mm diameter from back pressure overhead tank, including removal of all bolts, nuts, gaskets, flanges, etc., complete. The item includes cutting and removing of joints, supports by gas cutting wherever required, providing and operating crane, engagement of skilled and unskilled labour with necessary tools and tackles, use of cutter or gas cutting sets complete in all respects.
