Name of Work:- Urgent repair and overhauling of vertical turbine backwash pumps at 160 MLD Salauli Water Works.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Complete overhauling and commissioning of backwash vertical turbine pump. Work includes dismantling of motor from the pump, keeping it safe aside with removal of all electrical connections. Then the vertical turbine pump has to be removed without creating major damage to the components of the pump. The straightening of the shafts including facility of welding, gas cutting, drilling and all machining has to be done by the agency at their own cost. Also consumable items such as oil, grease, lastners, rubber packings, cotton waste, cleaning materials has to get by agency. After the overhauling the pump has to be refitted at the same position with all electrical connections and proper alignment of pump and motor by an expert.
