(iii) If the agency fails to execute item no. 3 a Penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day will be imposed on the agency.3. Due to unhygienic conditions/stagnant water at site, if any challan is levied by the civic agency or any Govt. Deptt. the same will be borne by the agency.
