| 15 | Taking down ceiling fans/ exhaust fans / wall mounting fans of any size after disconnecting from ceiling rose / connector and carriying out cleaning, servicing / oiling and greasing of fan by using appropriate grade of oil / grease, checking & tighting all electric connection and replacing defective parts such as bush bearing , split pin, rubber bush, capacitor etc and refixing the same after and making workable by providing 3 core 1.5 Sqmm size copper conductor flexible cable PVC insulated & PVC sheathed complete as specified and as directed. Note :- Spare parts / component / Painting & rewinding where required will be measured & paid seperatly under respective item of the BOQ. |
