Supply Of 5kva distribution transformer,415/190v ac,3phase dry type, , 5kva distribution transformer,415/190v ac,3phase dry type, as per drawing: e dts366,rev-0,cor-1&2 with doc.edml225., packing instruction: alternator,rru, erru &access ories, transformer,bulk inverters , battery, charger, self priming monoblock pump, inv erter, change over control box etc: suitably covered with biodegradable transparent polythene and packed in wooden cage: bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20m m thick &should have support of at least 3 wooden battons of size 100x100mm of suita ble length to facilitate lifting by fork lifter. each panel to be packed in wooden cage of suitable dimensions made out of wooden strips of 20x100mm size. gap between each s trip should not be more then 100mm. the material used for product packaging shall be eco-friendly.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing order no, pl no, des cription of the item, drg. no/ spec. no ,qty, firms name &address and date of despatch e tc. note- 1) firms have option to provide qr code. for linkage of po, the cardboard box shall carry a qr code having details as listed below: a) name of the manufacturer <ma nuname> b) purchaseorder number <pono> c) purchaseorder date <podt> d) uniquese rial number (or lot number for bulk items) of the manufacturer <manusno>or <manul no> e) dateof manufacture <manudate> f) deliverychallan no. <delchalno> g) deliver ychallan date <delchaldt> 2.the qr code shall be as per iso/iec 18004 model2 and the d ata shall be available as xml using the tags detailed above.
