10M&L for MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut, notched chamfer or square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment with MS Gde Fe 410-quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
11M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (inclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and confirming tto e 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
12S&F decorative hollow PVC wall panelling of quality approved by Garrison Engineer, manufactured from virgin rigid Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), having minimum thickness 5 mm and width as per manufacturer's standard, with tongue and groove interlocking arrangement, fixed true to line and level on aluminium/GI/PVC framework or on existing wall surface with approved adhesive, screws and fasteners complete. The panels shall be moisture resistant, termite proof, corrosion resistant, fire retardant/ self extinguising type ,smooth finished with decorative laminated/printed surface in approved shade and pattern by Engr-in-Charge. Joints shall be neatly finished with matching PVC corner trims, edge beads, end caps and other necessary accessories. The work shall include cutting, notching, fitting around openings, making good disturbed surfaces and all labour, materials, scaffolding and incidentals required for completion of work including Dismantling & removal of waste out of defence area of wall panelling (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board slabs/ blankets, of any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
13S&F PVC finishing trims, corner trims, edge beads, end caps, joining strips, H-joints, internal corner mouldings, external corner mouldings, skirting trims and other matching accessories of approved make, colour and shade conforming to the PVC wall panelling system, fixed true to line and level with approved adhesive, screws, fasteners or clips as recommended by the manufacturer. The work shall include cutting, mitring, fitting, jointing, finishing at corners, edges, openings and intersections, making good all junctions and providing a neat and uniform appearance complete. All labour, materials, tools, plant and incidental charges necessary for proper completion of the work shall be deemed included complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
14M&L for Providing and fixing Exposed metal frame ceiling board with PVC Laminated gypsum ceiling tiles 10mm thick for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) including dismantling of existing false ceiling of any type and shape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15S&F in repair Gl frame work laid in true horizontal level Grid suspense system consisting of interlocking metal grid of size 600mm x 600mm made from powder coated hot dipped galvanized steel sections of 0.33 mm thick ( galvanizing @ 120 grams/ Sqm) consisting of :- Main T runner, Cross T, intermediate cross T & Perimeter wall angle etc all as per manufacturers specification including suspenders from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e with suitable fastners for trussed roofs, hanger wire as per manufacturers instructions upto 1000mm length. 68Repair & refixing in same position of aluminium anodised door shutters of any description, size exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Square Metre by taking down/without taking off shutters from the frame, disconnecting carefully shutter member with deligated tools and as per manufacture's instructions. Removing broken aluminium mongeries, tilted/deformed aluminium beads, teared T rubber gasket and cleats in hollow blocks of rails and retightening in same position with excessess sectional area steel screws incl tightening mild steel rod with nuts in hollow blocks of members of shutters of lock side rail and hinge side rails and reassembling shutter with old retrieved members carefully such as ACP panel/prelaminated board, tinted glass 5.5 mm thick in same situations and securing both side with S&F new rubber T gasket and aluminium beads to making the door air tight including refixing of old aluminum hinge, tower bolt, mortice lock, bolts, handle, door stoppers, hydraulic door closer and refixing shutters in same opening after assuring complete alignment etc. Repairing floor spring where provided including making good alignments. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made to contractor.
