| 1 | De-scaling of Chiller Condenser including cost of coil clean chemical, mechanical cleaning of tubes i.e brushing of individual tube with opening of end cover from one side. The work includes the cost of nuts & bolts, gaskets including cleaning of floor area to entire satisfaction of EIC. |
| 2 | Providing and Fixing of Water Temperature Sensors overmolded, programming required complete in all respect. |
| 3 | RMS (Routine Maintenance Service) including installation of spare parts, Maintenance of chiller, calibration of sensors and transducers, motor and compressor inspection etc |
| 4 | Scope of work:(i) Tightness check of all electrical and control connections.(ii) Claibration of all sensors and transducers.(iii) Cleaing of all valves for any rust or moisture.(iv) Soap solution leakage test in chiller.(v) Motor terminals cleaning with CRC(vi) Compressor motor testing(vii) Observation for running parameters of chiller.(viii) Visual inspection of oil and gas from sight glasses.(ix) Testing of chiller safety devices. |
| 5 | Visit Charges: Site visit by Trane Engineer for inspection of machine including instalaltion of parts and submission of report after completion of the work. |
