The bill Quantities shall be read in conjunction with The bill Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Instructions to Bidders, General and Particular Conditions of Contract, Conditions of Contract on Safety, Health & Environment, Invitation for Bid, Technical Specifications and Bid Drawings. 2. The quantities given in the Bill of Quantities are estimated and provisional, and are given to provide a common basis for bidding. The payment shall be made based on the actual quantities of the work executed in accordance with the Contract 3. There are Six schedule/ group in BOQ, Bidders have to quote the rates in percentage above (+) / below (-) / at par against respective BOQ amounts given in schedule/ group i.e.,G1, SPM1, BLT1, BLT2, BLT 3 and M1 for Elevated section from Mithapur Null Point to Khemni Chak (CH: 13640.053 to 17776.914). 4. The rates or prices to be bid in the Unit Priced of Bill of Quantities of various schedules will be deemed to include all taxes, GST, Cess, cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contract. 5. 5. A percentage above (+) / below (-) / at par has to be entered against each schedule/ group in the Bill of Quantities. The payment shall be made at the rate of price already quoted in the BOQ and after applying the percentage as quoted by the bidder, if any 6. The whole cost of complying with the provisions of the Contract shall be included in the items provided in the priced Bill of Quantities, and where no items are provided, the cost shall be deemed to be included in the rates or prices entered for the related items of work. 7. General requirements, directions and/or descriptions of work and materials are not necessarily repeated or summarized in the Bill of Quantities. Relevant sections of the Contract documents shall be referred before entering rates against any item of the work specified in the BOQ. 8. If the bidder fails to quote rates (percentage above (+) / below (-) / at par) against any schedule / group, the bid may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. 9. Bidders shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (INR) only. |

The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document: Sr. No Clause Deviations Price adjustment for each deviation/s Note : 1. The Tenderer shall indicate price adjustment against each deviation in Annexure-13A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduced from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer. 2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents. 3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.
