Supply Of conversion of ndmc to dmc of memu ob medha rakes , supply of set of items for conversion of ndmc to dmc in middle basic unit of 12 car memu in cluding necessary supervision and commissioning along with camc : 1. all control, power, data and commu nication cables, fire survival cables including wiring of lights, fans and papis along with terminal equipment for proper working of entire system and all accessories. cables shall be supplied as harness duly cut to size , marked along with protective accessories for protection against abrasion and grouped according to area o f use. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , 2. passenger information system comprising single front led destination board in dmcs (hea d code) and communication system including 2 nos. of double side display units per coach for passenger ar ea, loud speakers, gps antenna etc., as per clause no. 4.6.2 of rdso specification including crimping lugs, cable markers with heat shrinkable sleeves for power and control cables, equipment mounting and earthin g hardware and accessories. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ] , 5. complete pre-fabricated drivers desk and cab equipment.the cab shall include all the cab equipment e.g. combined master-cum brake controller, instrument panel with back-lit instruments,gauges f or pneumatic indications, control panels, drivers diagnostic display unit & drivers log in device,driver and g uard seat etc., ergonomically designed driver desk/console, prewired and terminated on a terminal board a nd multi-pin plugs/sockets for inter equipment connections. the cab-equipment shall also include pneumati c horns, electric motor driven wind screen wipers, sun screens, led twin beam head light, led marker cum tail light led flasher light, safety related equipment like bell code system. all the above equipment shall inc lude crimping lugs, cable markers with heat shrinkable sleeves for power and control cables, equipment m ounting and earthing hardware and accessories. refer clause 4.8.1 to 4.8.2 of rdso specification.
