10Cement concrete lining 75mm. thick or less laid manually for irrigationchannels, using cement concrete M- 15 with cement content 325 kg/cum mixed in an automatic computerized Batching & Mixing Plant and transported to the site in transit mixers with an averagelead of 1 Km(FOR TRAPEZOIDAL SECTION +cup section lining+ sleeper+ toe wall+ coping)
11Putting 1:3 (Cement:water) cement slurry with cement @ 2.25 kg per sqm on prepared bed and side slopes before laying concrete on bed and side slopes
12Dag-belling Single Kassi stroke minimum 7.5 cm depth.
13LDPE film of 150 micron over sleepers for construction andexpansion joints
14Extra bitumen painting at 0.69 Kg. per Sqm.
15Filling contraction/construction joints with special impervious hotpour as per design and specifications
16Filling expansion joints with special impervious hot pour 12.5mm wide.
17Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m.
