10S&F in replacement rotational moulded polyethene water storage tank 500 ltr capacity, three layer, hoisted and fixed in position including PVC cover, plug, 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 210 gms) and check nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In-Charge.

12Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks (capacity exceeding 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 ltr) and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc, by disconnecting and reconnecting the tanks in same position.

15M&L for Cutting holes in brick walls in Cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall not exceeding half brick, complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base including demolition of cement concrete and removing debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.
17M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for PCC flooring including demolition of cement concrete and removing debris outside the MD land, complete all as specified.
18M&L for 38mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design, complete all as specified and directed.
19M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
20M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additive and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering ( as per manufacturer instruction ) over interior surface of wall and M&L Preparing newly plastered or un plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller application over and including a coat of primer and two or more coat wall care putty on new plastered surfaces to achieve even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.
21M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additive and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering ( as per manufacturer instruction ) over exterior surface of wall and M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over and including a coat of primer with roller application and two or more coat of wall care putty to achieve smooth and even surface complete all as specified and directed.
22M&L for 5 mm thick ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additive and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering ( as per manufacturer instruction ) ceiling surface including taking down old plastred surface and preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any discription on bricks or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and complete all as specified and directed.

25M & L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

28M &L for preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down , smoke soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-Charge
29M &L for preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down , smoke soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
30M &L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered surface and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted to achieve smooth and even surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
31M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat primer over and including two or more coat wall care putty to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
32M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0 .06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured or white cement to match the colour of tiles as in floor over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete including dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement and sand mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

39M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm-50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver locks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; all as specified by engineer-in-charge.

47Removing existing water proofing treatment of any description from roof slabs, cleaning the surface using wire brushes etc, roughening the concrete surfaces picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm (Where PCC padding is to be provided) complete all as specified.
48M & L for preparation of old roof surfaces by brooming and watering, cleaning all dust particles and providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in paddding/ levelling course of average thickness not exceeding 25mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.
49M & L for water proofing treatment of RCC Slab as per following stages:(A) Surface preparation :1. Curing of the surface will be done properly to avoid any cracks over the surface.2. One coat of SBR Will be done over all the corners of the surface.3. Angle fillet will be made all over the corners.4. Repairing of all the drainage pipe & khura.5. Applying One coat of SBR Mixed in Ratio of 1.1 with Cement as Base coat.(B) Priming the surface : Applying one coat of primer of Fosroc roof Guard with 50% water dilution all over the surface up to 12 inches over the parapet walls to gain better adhesion.(C) Liquid Membrane application :Supplying and applying Fosroc Roof Guard Premium acrylic + PU based exposed waterproofing reducing up to 10-degree Celsius temperature over the surface applying two crisscross coats of the product with brush with laying of glass fibre mesh all over the surface for better elasticity.Complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and approved applicator complete all as specified and directed.Note:- 1. The contractor shall submit a garantee of 10 year from the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment alongwith manufactures's garantee. The amount of Rs 40 ( Forty) per sqm and min of Rs. 4000/- for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor's final bill till the expiry of gurantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE(W) Agra against gaurantee money.2.
