11Double cross walker: Providing, designing and fixing double cross walker of size 1600x600x1600 mm fabricated with main post of 114 mm dia and 2.5 mm thick and rest of the pipe 40 mm dia and 2.5 mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Noble or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing handles bars are to be provided with high quality grip rubber. Pedals shall be made up of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent by impact or injury seats and base plate cover to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic as 8mm colourful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer- in- charge. 44For 5th year Terms & Conditions : 1 The agency shall regularly inspect and upkeep the equipment in proper working condition as required.2 Any complaint, as and when reported, shall be attended within three days during the five years maintenance period. Failing which, a penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day shall be imposed and recovered from the agency.3 In case the equipment or its parts are stolen during the execution to negligence in maintenance by the agency, the agency shall replace the stolen equipment/parts at its own cost. No payment shall be made for such replacement.4 Buy back rates are applicable against exchange of same quantity of new open gym equipment's only. 5 Buy back rates are inclusive of dismantling charge and removing the dismantled old open gym equipment's from the site. (Suggested to visit the site, Damaged/Missing parts equipment's will also to be taken in buy back) 6 All the pipes should be G.I. ‘C’ class, ISI marked. 7 The maintenance of equipment for initial two year after actual date of completion of the work shall be carried out by the agency at his own cost. The next three years maintenance period as per the schedule above shall be reckoned after expiry of first two year of free maintenance period.8 An amount equal to 50% cost of replaced equipment against item No-1 to 16 in schedule-A shall be withheld from each R/A bill, in addition to the security deposit, towards warranty.
