The inclined bar screen with 45 - 60 deg. inclination is stationary and is cleaned by manual Stainless steel rake which rakes the screens upwards to deposit the raked wastes to a perforated platform. The screening materials are lifted from plaform to outside through a SS bucket. This medium duty screen is provided with stainless steel of grade 304/316 flat bars of size 10mm x 50mm and spacing between bars as 25mm and welded to suitable SS frame with necessary SS stiffeners, guide channels and lifting handle, including cutting,welding, drilling, fitting, anchor fasteners, complete with SS guide channels embedded/ fixed in RCC sidewalls for Lifting & lowering of the screen during maintenance of screen. (ii) 10mm thick MS plate of required size, bottom seal beam (1/2 cut ISMB 200 size) for MS Wall liner,6mm thick SS Plate of sill beam with SS seat & side seal SS seat of required size welded over wall liner and over bottom channel. (iii) Steel hoist bridge for single stem nut type screw gear box hoist consisting of supporting beams, cross beams, base plates and anchor bolts (iv) Unloading and shifting upto loaction of all components, 1st stage & 2nd stage embedment of parts consiting of sill beam, wall liners, track plates, vertical gate leaf (complete assembly), steel hoist bridge assembly (consisting of hoist platform, screw rod, lifting gear box, supporting beams, baseplates etc.).
