| 1 | Material and labour for Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges at least 25 mm in depthand making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2cm thick), well rammed and sealed with premix sand seal coat (9.8 Kg of binder with 0.09 cum of sand 6.3mm size ) again well rammed complete, all as specified and directed. |

| 7 | Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (VG-10) and laying bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.(b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab.(c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical mixer as specified in clause 20A 27 of MES SSR Part-I and the spreading of premix carpet shall be done by machanical sensor paver. |
