Note:- Contractor will be intimated to replace the deffective sluice balve on telephonically followed by in written. Contractor has to arrange new sluice valves and complete the replacement work with 48 hrs after intimation failing which a penal recovery of Rs 400/- per hour will be charged from his payment.
