9Water proofing
10Internal walls - Dr. Fixit FastflexProviding and applying 1.2–1.5 mm thick (approx. 2.5 kg/sqm) two-component acrylic/polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating (Dr. Fixit Fastflex) in two coats at mix ratio 1:1.4 (liquid:powder), on prepared surface after removing existing paint/plaster up to sound masonry by mechanical means, cleaning and brushing to remove loose particles, laitance and flaking material, including repairing damaged plaster with polymer modified cement mortar in 1:3 (cement:sand) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP @ 6-7.5 kg per 50 kg cement and 10 litres water per 50kg cement, along with grouting, bore packing and making good, applying first coat uniformly followed by second coat after 6–8 hours interval; the system shall be elastomeric and seamless with elongation ≥120% (ASTM D 412), crack bridging up to 2 mm (ASTM C 836), tensile strength ≥1.0 N/mm², resistance to 5 bar water pressure (BS EN 12390) and ≥90% reduction in chloride permeability (ASTM C1202), Curing for 3–5 days after second coat, complete as per manufacturer’s specifications including all materials, labour and incidental works. Note : The work shall be carried out only by a Dr. Fixit-approved waterproofing applicator
11Crack Repair:All visible hairline cracks on concrete roof screed more than 0.50 mm and not giving hollow sound, should be cut and widen in V shape with mechanical cutter in the size (10mm W x 6mm D). Fill cracks with Dr. Fixit PU sealant / Hybrid Sealant with suitable gun and smoothed with a putty knife or trowel. Allow sealant to cure a minimum (72 Hrs.) 3 days. complete as per manufacturer's specifications including all materials, labour and incidental works.
12Screed Repair:Remove loose and damaged concrete roof screed in pockets with mechanical cutter. Clean the concrete screed with high pressure water jet to remove dirt andloose particles. Brush apply a bond coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP mix in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) by volume to make it lump free slurry when applied on in the pre wet surface. Laid to fall roof screed in correct slope and gradient. Mix Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10% by weight of cement in (M20) concrete in ratio of 1:1.5:3 i.e., one bag of 50kg cements: 1.5 times volume of sand: 3 times volume of aggregates: 25L water. Levelthe repair mortar and finish with trowel. Moist cure should be done for 7days. Air cure screed for 7days, before application of roof top coat coating system. complete as per manufacturer's specifications including all materials, labour and incidental works.
13Rainwater outlets treatment :Hacking and chipping the surface around therainwater drain outlet up to 25mm in depth. Apply bond coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) by volume over the corners and pipe insert outlet gaps. Filling the gaps around drain mouth with (PMM) polymer modified mortar mixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10% by weight of cement in the ratio of 1:3. Providing & fixing 100 mm width 45gsm glass fiber mesh all around the periphery of drain mouth of rainwater outlet sandwiched with Dr. FixitRoofseal Select. Apply the second coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select with an interval if 5-6 hours all over the rainwater outlet. complete as per manufacturer's specifications including all materials, labour and incidental works.
14Vertical upstand:Providing 100mm x 100 mm Square / rectangle upstand of M20 grade concrete or with PMM around mechanical equipment like HVAC, air- 2 | P a g e conditioning, solar panels. Etc. Apply a self-priming coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select and two coats reinforced with 45 Gsm glass fiber mesh without dilution in the interval of 4 -6 hrs. Apply Dr. Fixit PU sealant / Feviseal Hybrid Sealanat around the junction of fabricated stand inserted and wall mounting mechanical fixtures. complete as per manufacturer's specifications including all materials, labour and incidental works.
15Waterproofing: External terraceProviding and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineerin- Charge. make - Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select or equalentNote : The work from SL no-3.02 to 3.06 shall be carried out only by manufacturer approved waterproofing applicator
16Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, allcomplete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

18Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer onboth side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required
19Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120gram per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :

33Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials including malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
34Dismantling of flush tank (PVC/CI, low or high level) along with existing water supply and flush pipe lines, complete, comprising removal of flush tank, brackets, cutting and disconnecting inlet pipe, flush pipe and all associated fittings, carefully without damaging surrounding surfaces, including making good minor damages, plugging/sealing of remaining water supply lines after removal, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
35Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conformingto IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
36Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approvedmake, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
37Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm.
38Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3 mm thickness.
39Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
