| 2 | General conservancy and maintenance of office buildings and its surroundings on working days, including removing dust & cobweb, sweeping, water washing, toilet cleaning, wiping the doors, windows, glasses and other fixtures with wet cloth, so as to keep the office neat and clean, including cost conveyance of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete (Note: Cleaning materials tools & plants should be supplied by the contractor and only cleaning chemicals will be supplied by the department free of cost). The Contractor has to submit list of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. The contractor has to deploy 9 Nos of labours daily |

(Note: Cleaning materials tools & plants should be supplied by the contractor and only cleaning chemicals will be supplied by the department free of cost). | 4 | Daily cleaning the toilets, bath rooms, urinals, wash basins etc. and all other fittings using necessary cleaning tools and chemicals viz., soap water solution, disinfectant toilet cleaners, phenyl, naphthalene balls, bleaching powder etc. So as to maintain clean and hygienic. Daily sweeping outside area surrounding the toilet blocks including removal of rank vegetation / wild grass in the ground around the toilet blocks as well as above the roof / sunshades. Removing the dust & cob from the ceiling, doors, windows, light fittings etc. periodically, using suitable tools and climbing arrangements. Wiping the glasses and other fixtures viz., doors, wiping the glasses and other fixtures viz., doors, windows, ventilators, etc. with wet cloth. Maintaining the open drains, drainage / sewer lines and inspection chambers including removal of blockages in the inspection chambers of the public toilet. Maintaining the water supply storage and distribution arrangements at all the above-mentioned toilet blocks including cleaning sanitary fittings provided in the toilet and all other incidental charges etc. complete for the satisfaction of the department. The contractor has to deploy 4 Nos of Male labour in general shift (Note: Cleaning materials tools & plants should be supplied by the contractor and only cleaning chemicals will be supplied by the Department) |
| 5 | Up Keeping the cruise passenger lounge, Sweeping the floors, stairs and mezzanine floor inside the cruise lounge, daily using soft brooms, brushes and cleaning the floor with wire clothing of floor mops. Sweeping outside area surrounding the cruise lounge including Electrical / AC control room with hard / coconut brooms and removing the dust / dirt from the hand rails. Water washing inside and outside floors once in a week or a day prior to the date or arrival of cruise ship whichever is earlier. Removing the dust&cob webs from the false ceiling, doors windows, light fittings, ceiling fans, chairs, furniture etc. daily using suitable tools and climbing arrangements. Wiping the glasses and other fixtures of doors, windows. ventilators, chairs, furniture etc. with wet cloth using suitable brushes and suitable cleaning chemicals. Cleaning the sanitary fittings such as water closets. wash basins, urinals, bath/washing areas using approved cleaning chemicals and applying phenyl or approved germicides and room fresheners. Maintaining the drains, drainage/sewer lines inspection chambers of the cruise lounge. Maintaining the water supply storage and distribution arrangements including periodical cleaning of sanitary fittings provided in the toilets, bathrooms and wash places. Maintaining the flower pots by watering the plants, scrapping and removing waste materials and periodical cleaning and all other incidental charges complete for the satisfaction of the department. | 6 | Deploying One skilled / clerical person to supervision of the work inside wharf area. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the supervisor.
