(1.1) Digging the earth around the chimney and breaking the chimney from above 1000 mm below the ground level by the help of stone breaker and including removing of earth & rust part from the stub for making suitable lap joint to each stub.(1.2) Making of 2 Nos. cleats of proper length suitable for inner and outer surface of stub from galvanized steel angle of size 130X130X8 mm or 100X100X8 mm ( proper size for Stub) by cutting and drilling holes etc.(1.3) Fixing the inner and outer cleats on damaged/rusted stub in middle by making suitable holes of size corresponding to cleats & proper tightening with Nuts & bolts.(1.4) Applying of two coat anti rust paint on repaired stubs. |
