6Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring an shuttering in: b) Walls including attached buttresses, pilasters and their caps and bases and string courses etc. up to floor two level.
7Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
8Reinforcement of RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete. a) Mild steel
9Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

26Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
27Steel work riveted or bolted in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. b) In Tees, Angles, Flats and Channels
28Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80 x 1.25 mm MS laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete but excluding the cost of the top cover and spring.
29Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters.
30Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.
31Providing and fixing 27.5 cm long wire spring grade No. 2 for rolling shutters.
32CC flooring,1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 coarse aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cementcement slurry.
33Providing and fixing Durashine zinc-Aluminium alloy coated (TATA Bluescope building product) sheet roofing fixed with necessary fasteners and lapping method as described by the manufacturer inclusive of cutting hoisting and fixing complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.
34Providing ridges or hips 60 cm overall in plain G.I. sheet fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.

37Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filler of Asian Paits/ Berger/ Dulux over concrete/ cement plaster/ brick walls and ceilings both internal and external after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ ceiling surface with thehalp of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.
38Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :
39Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm bed of stone ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finsihing the top smooth.
